Kennedy's fate and Israel's ambition

There is no lack of theories about the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy. None of them are convincing though, since not a single one of them proposes a perpetrator with a plausible motive. A meaningful criminal investigation must of course focus on the background, character and actions of the victim first. Kennedy's life provides the clues to uncover the identity of his assassins.

People outside of the United States, especially in Europe, consider the speech in Berlin to be the most defining moment of Kennedy's presidency. Even more so then the Cuban Missile crisis. On the 26 of June 1963, addressing a large crowd from the balcony of the Rathaus Schoeneberg Kennedy said:

Two thousand years ago the proudest boast was civis romanus sum [I am a Roman citizen]. Today, in the world of freedom, the proudest boast is 'Ich bin ein Berliner' All free men, wherever they may live, are citizens of Berlin, and therefore, as a free man, I take pride in the words 'Ich bin ein Berliner!'

It is extraordinary for an American president to speak those words in the capital of Hitler's 3rd Reich less then two decades after the holocaust and the end of the war. People in Germany were electrified by that speech. America ceased to be the enemy who defeated them in WW II and occupied their country since. America was suddenly a friend, who freed Germany from the Nazis and was standing now firmly at her side against the looming threat of the Soviet Union. The Germans felt that they were for the first time in their history in league with the good guys. The effects of that speech on the German psyche can hardly be overestimated.

But what about the people who suffered from German Brutalities during the second world war? What about the Jews?

They were not pleased to see "Ein Berliner" being the leader of the most powerful nation on earth. The Jews had other reason's to mistrust Kennedy as well. There is Joe Kennedy, the president's father, a known Nazi sympathizer and anti Semite. Joe Jr., the president's older brother, shared his father's views. Both Joe's repeatedly expressed understanding and sympathy for the Nazis in the 1930's. It must be said that John F. Kennedy himself never displayed any anti Semitic or pro Nazi sentiment. But the Berlin speech and the family background were surely enough to fuel Jewish resentment against him.

Several policies of the United States after WW II caused concern among Jews in general and Israelis in particular. Anticipating the Cold War, American Intelligence agencies recruited Nazi officer's who had plenty of experience and contacts in eastern Europe and Russia. The most prominent among them being Reinhard Gehlen, Hitler's chief of military Intelligence in the east. This happens, while Israeli Intelligence is engaged in a worldwide hunt for Nazi war criminals. It must have been frustrating for Israel to see some of them become members of the US Intelligence community and thereby untouchable.

The perception of an imminent Communist threat during the McCarthy era was partially due to the influence of Americanized German intelligence officers, and partially of course due to the fact that communism really was, and remained until its collapse, a serious threat. McCarty was certainly not paranoid, the Rosenberg case shows that American communists did indeed harm American interests, for example by providing the Soviets with information that helped them to develop nuclear weapons.

What matters in regards to Kennedy however is that most of the prominent communists, alleged or real, who were targeted by McCarthy happened to be Jews, which is not surprising considering the common origins of Communism and Zionism. Kennedy, unlike the rest of the Democratic Party, considered McCarthy a true patriot and defended the man and his actions on many occasions, even after he became highly unpopular. That surely didn't earn Kennedy sympathies from the Jews.

Even as Kennedy announced America's intention to put a man on the moon, he managed to alienate the Jews. He drew attention to NASA which was crawling with ex Nazis like von Braun at that time. Americans may have known Werher von Braun as the great visionary in charge of their space program. The Jewish labor slaves he used to pick up from the concentration camp at Buchenwald though, knew von Braun as the SS officer and convinced Nazi he used to be during the war.

The Israelis had every reason to resent John F. Kennedy and they would surely welcome his demise. But that alone does not justify an operation as risky as the assassination of an American president. Such measures are not considered, unless they are deemed absolutely necessary. What finally prompted the Israelis to act, was Kennedy's hardening position on the Dimona issue.

The Israeli nuclear program started sometime in 1955 as a cooperation with the French. The construction of the Dimona facility began in 1958. American intelligence was not aware of the project until 1960. America was then, as it is today, concerned about the proliferation of nuclear weapons. Consequently the US confronted Israel on that issue. The Israelis claimed that the program was for civilian use only, and agreed to allow inspections which did indeed took place in 1961.

America did not press the issue at that time, the inspections were merely friendly visits and followed the rules set by the Israeli hosts. Kennedy was asking for more transparency on the matter, he did however not demand it. He saw an issue, but not the urgency to act. That attitude changed dramatically after the Cuban missile crisis in October 1962. Those events brought the US and the Soviet Union to the brink of an all out nuclear war. Kennedy and Nikita Khrushchev managed to avoid disaster, but the experience demonstrated the dangers of nuclear weapons proliferation. There can't be any doubt, that after October 1962 Kennedy was dead serious about non proliferation of nuclear weapons.

Israeli prime minister Ben Gurion came under pressure to disclose all activities at Dimona to the American inspectors. Kennedy feared that the Soviet's would react to Israeli nuclear ambitions by providing nuclear weapons to their Arab allies in the middle east. Such a move would lead to a far more serious crisis then the Cuban missiles.

Ben Gurion was faced with two options: he could either yield to American pressure and abandon Israel's nuclear ambitions or continue his nuclear weapons program and risk loosing Americas support. In June 1963 he resigns for "personal reasons" as he explained. Neither Ben Gurion nor his successor Levi Eshkol were opposed to covert operations against Britisch American or any other interests, as long as those operations advanced the cause of "Eretz Israel". Their dispute over the handling of the Lavon affair indicates though, that Ben Gurion and his accomplice Moshe Dayan were more in favor of extreme and risky operations then Eshkol's people. That might have played a role in Ben Gurion's resignation.

On July 5 1963, only five days after Levi Eshkol became prime minister of Israel, US Ambassador Barbour delivers to him a 3 page letter from president John F. Kennedy. In that letter Kennedy tells Eshkol, that American support for Israel "could be seriously jeopardized" if
Israel does not let the United States obtain "reliable information" about Israel's nuclear program. The Israelis discuss the matter amongst them, and conclude that they must do something about Kennedy.

The following time-line shows the chronological order of political events prior to Kennedy's assassination:

1960 December: CIA distributes it's findings to other government agencies and the White House. Dimona is revealed.

1960 December 7: State department summons the Israeli ambassador and asks for explanations.

1961 January 10: Kennedy takes office and is shortly after briefed on Dimona. He requests from Ben Gurion to allow inspections of the facility.

1961 May 20: American inspection team arrives at Dimona. The inspection is anything but thorough. The official conclusion is, that the project serves civilian purposes. Doubts remain but Kennedy doesn't push the issue.

1961 May 30: Kennedy meets Ben Gurion. The atmosphere of the meeting is relaxed. The confrontation over Dimona delayed.

1962 October 16: US discovers Soviet nuclear armed missiles on Cuba. The crisis escalates close to an all out nuclear war between the US and the Soviet Union.

1962 October 28: Kennedy and Khrushchev agree on a compromise. The soviets remove their missiles from Cuba and Kennedy secretly withdraws nuclear tipped US missiles from Turkey. War has been averted. Kennedy is after those events more determined then ever to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons. Israel comes under increasing US pressure.

1963 June 26: Kennedy gives the "Ich bin ein Berliner" speech in Berlin Germany. From an Israeli perspective he embraces the perpetrators of the Holocaust. Israel see's Kennedy as an enemy.

1963 July 5: Levi Eshkol receives Kennedy's ultimatum on Dimona. The Israelis opt for action.

The timing of the events shown above does indeed provide a plausible motive for the Israeli government to take action against John F. Kennedy. What remains to be examined is, if they had the opportunity to act, and in what way.

In my opinion, it is absolutely clear, that Lee Harvey Oswald fired the shots that killed John F. Kennedy on the 22nd of November 1963. Oswald was arrested the same day. The details of the assassination and Oswald's arrest are not of importance at the moment. The interesting part is, that two days later, on November 24, Oswald was shot dead on live TV and while being in police custody by a Jewish strip-club owner and mobster named Jack Ruby.

Ruby was arrested on the spot, tried and found guilty of premeditated murder for which he was sentenced to death. Later the verdict was overturned and a date for a new trial was set. Ruby died from an emphysema related to rapidly spreading lung cancer before the second trial could take place, and the whole story was forgotten.

Now, while Ruby was in custody he gave a few odd statements. At least they seem odd as long as they are not placed within the right context. Immediately after his arrest he told Dallas police officers, that the American people will see him as "a hero" and that he has shown to the world that "the Jews have guts". In a brief statement, that was televised March 1965 Ruby said:

The world will never know the true facts, of what occurred, my motives. The people who had so much to gain, and had such an ulterior motive for putting me in the position I'm in, will never let the true facts come aboveboard to the world.

After he was sentenced, Ruby repeatedly requested a meeting with members of the Warren commission claiming to have crucial information, and was repeatedly ignored. Only after his requests were made public by his sister Eileen, the Warren commission agreed to talk to Ruby. The interview took place in June 1964 and was conducted by Chief Justice Earl Warren and Gerald R. Ford. Ruby essentially states that, Nazis have taken over the American government and that those Nazis killed president Kennedy and are now preparing a second holocaust. Latter he writes a letter to his brother Earl in which he states:

You must believe what I've been telling you for the past two and a half years. If you only would have believed me all along you would have found some way to check out what I said. You would have saved Israel, but now they are doomed, because they think the U.S. are for them, but they are wrong because Johnson wants to see them slaughtered and tortured...


Earl I know what I am talking about, and I'm sure you think that I'm crazy. But don't forget the jury found me sane, so I'm not crazy anymore! If you know your family is gone, then you know that all is lost and you can't save anything. But you still may be able to save Israel. By getting to Miami either hitch-hike or some-way. You won't be able to fly because they will be watching for you. From Miami you must find a way to Cuba, by pretending to rent a boat to go fishing, and get to Cuba someway. From there you must find a way to Russia. Then you tell the Russians how Egypt has been using them all along, but they are much closer to Johnson, because of what is happening to the Jews in the U.S. Then they will understand what kind of person Johnson is, and then they may be able to save Israel. Russia will then be in a position to tell Johnson, that their first move if any trouble starts is not to bomb the U.S ., but to wipe out Germany, that one thing Johnson don't want to happen, because he is counting on them to be the master race, also all the other former Axis partners South America, Egypt, Italy and Japan.

 

Jack Ruby was a thug, not particularly interested in politics. He had good connections to the Dallas Police and he obviously enjoyed more liberties then an ordinary law abiding American. There is nothing in his social surroundings to account for this paranoia. This kind of sentiment was common among the Israeli Zionists during Kennedy's presidency though. Ruby's statements are a reflection of Israeli Zionist attitudes. Here is what Jack Ruby was told:

  1. Nazis established an underground government and control America.
  2. Lee Harvey Oswald killed Kennedy on behalf of the secret Nazi government
  3. Oswald follows the Nazi master plan and is going to blame Kennedy's assassination on the Jews, and enable the Nazis to openly prosecute Jews.
  4. Jack Ruby has to eliminate Oswald, and save the Jews from Nazi prosecution.

 


Lee Harvey Oswald on the other hand, with his ambition to become a big time revolutionary, is told that his actions against a fascist US government serve the cause of the communist, and especially, the Cuban revolution. The reality though is, that both men, Ruby and Oswald receive their instructions from Israeli agent Michael Paine.

Michael Paine had a Jewish family background and was associated with communist organizations in the US. His wife Ruth spoke Russian and was involved in organizing visits from communist eastern Europe to the US. Both were ACLU activists. Michael Paine had nevertheless some kind of security clearance since he was working for the defense industry.

Paine's initial assignment was twofold: for one, to gather intelligence about defence related technology. The other part of his job was to track Nazi scientists which were taken to the US during operation "PAPERCLIP" and were now leading figures in Americas defence Industry.

The fact that he worked for Bell Helicopters in Fort Worth and that his boss was the prominent ex Nazi scientist Walter Dornberger supports the above hypothesis. Paine's connection to George de Mohrenschildt does so as well.

De Mohrenschildt was a Russian immigrant who claimed that he was involved in a Nazi sponsored plot to kill Stalin. When he came to the US though, in 1938, he started working for the Jewish owned Shumaker company in New York under the French Jew Pierre Fraiss who had contacts to French Intelligence. There are some indications, that De Mohrenschildt was gathering information about pro-German activities in the US on behalf of Fraiss and the French.

When Lee Harvey Oswald returned to the US after his time in Russia, he was approached by George de Mohrenschildt. It was de Mohreschildt, who introduced the Oswald's to Russian immigrants in the Dallas area and to Ruth and Michael Paine. The Paine's and the Oswald's developed and maintained a suspiciously close relation throughout the time leading to Kennedy's assassination.

By 1963 the higher ranks of Americas intelligence agencies and of the US defence Industry were heavily populated with Germans. The country was led by Kennedy, a president with an Irish Catholic and allegedly anti-Semitic family background. This president speaks in Hitler's capital, in Berlin, end expresses solidarity with the Germans. To top it all up, after the Cuban Missile crisis, Kennedy becomes an obstacle to Israeli nuclear ambitions. Israel's agents in the US are advised to act.

Their goal was to weaken America and cause unrest within Americas borders. That would focus American attention to internal matters and away from Israeli ambitions. The Zionist's followed the very same strategy, by which their Jewish-Bolshevik forefathers conquered Imperial Russia. Israel's agents in America did everything to:

  1. Agitate opposition to Americas involvement in the Vietnam war by using Jewish control of the mass media.

  2. Agitate existing tensions along social, ethnic, religious and racial lines. This effort was coordinated by the ACLU and other Jewish funded non governmental organizations .

  3. Fuel mistrust and suspicion by the assassination of high profile figures in every camp.

  4. Mobilize and organize mass protests and demonstrations.

Lee Harvey Oswald knows Michael Paine as a communist activist, he has no knowledge whatsoever of Paine's loyalties to Israel. Paine intents to utilize Oswald in the assassination of the segregationist anti-communist General Edwin Walker. The attempt on Walker failed, but if it had succeeded it would surely have mobilized segregationists and cause same type of unrest. After Kennedy's intention to visit Dallas becomes known, Paine hatches the plan for the assassination of the president and brings Oswald, his triggerman, in position by helping him to get the job at the Dallas School Book Repository. The time-line demonstrates the plausibility of this hypothesis:

1963 August 9: Lee is arrested in New Orleans over a confrontation with anti-Castro Cubans which confronted him for distributing pro-Castro leaflets. Lee is literarily advertising his Cuban communist sentiments.

1963 September 23: Ruth Paine pick's up Marina Oswald and her possesions in New Orleans and drives her to the Paine home in Dallas. Lee stays in New Orleans from where he departs for Mexico two days latter. The Mannlicher Rifle must have been taken to the Paine's home in Dallas by Ruth Paine. It is very unlikely that Lee took the rifle with him on his trip to Mexico.

1963 September 25: Lee departs from New Orleans on his way to Mexico city. At that point in time, the plans for Kennedy's assassination are already laid out. The Manlicher-Carcano is safely stored in the Paine's Garage, taken there by Ruth Paine. Lee is heading to the Cuban embassy in Mexico with the intension to obtain a visa and thereby secure his escape route to Cuba.

1963 September 27: Lee arrives at the Cuban embassy in Mexico city. He flashes his communist party membership card and expects VIP treatment, he firmly believes that he is working for the Cuban government. The Cubans are not impressed, they are suspicious of Lee. He shuttles between the Cuban and Russian embassies. He's desperate to secure his visa for Cuba quickly. After trying to do so for five days, he gets in to an argument with stuff of the Cuban embassy and is asked to leave.

1963 October 3: Lee arrives in Dallas after his departure from Mexico city. It is during that time that he talks to Marina about hijacking an airplane to Cuba. He also tells her that some day he would become the prime minister of Cuba.

1963 October 16: Lee's first day at work at the Dallas school book repository. Lee got the job due to the efforts of Ruth Paine.

1963 October 18: The Cuban embassy approves Lee's visa application. Seemingly somebody worked behind the scenes to resolve this issue. Lee obtains his visa and secures his escape route in time for the Kennedy assassination.

1963 November 22: In the morning of this day, a few hours prior to the assassination, Michael Paine was discussing the "character of assassins", according to one of Michael's coworkers named Dave Noel.

1963 November 22: Lee Harvey Oswald retrieved the Mannlicher rifle from the Paine's garage sometime prior to this day. At 12:30 pm Lee aims his rifle from the Dallas school book Repository at fatally wounds president John F. Kennedy. Lee is able to flee the scene. Approximately at 1:15 pm Lee encounters Dallas police officer Tippit, Lee shots and kills Tippit with a pistol.

1963 November 22: Oswald is arrested and charged with the murder of Officer Tippit. The Murder weapon (pistol) is found on Oswald. A coworker of Michael Paine by the name Frank Krystinik told the Warren commission, that as the news of Oswald's arrest came through he overheard Michael Paine saying something along the lines: "That stupid ....... he is not even supposed to have a gun".

1963 November 24: Lee Harvey Oswald is shoot and killed by Jack Ruby. On life TV and while in police custody.

It is noteworthy that Lee Harvey Oswald becomes active after he meet's the Paine's. Without the Paine's it would be impossible for Lee to be in the Dallas School Book Repository at the time of Kennedy's visit to Dallas. The rifle used by Lee was stored at the Paine's Home in Dallas. Most of Lee's actions depended on aid from the Paine's.

It is in my opinion clear, that Michael Paine was the head of the whole operation. Ruth Paine and George de Mohrenschildt were his coconspirators. Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby were the triggerman. Lee was convinced that he acted on behalf of Cuban communists. His pro Cuba activism and the attention it got were meant to establish a Cuban Connection.

The plan was that Lee escapes to Cuba and causes a confrontation between the US and Cuba which would distract America from Israel's activities in the middle east. The plan failed as Lee got caught after he killed officer Tippit. That explains Michael Paine's reaction to Oswald's arrest as it has been stated by Krystinik.

Michael Paine has to improvise and that's where Jack Ruby with his connections to the Dallas police department enters the plot. Ruby as a Jew was easily convinced of the grave danger Oswald and his alleged Nazi backer's posed for Israel and the Jews. So he kills Lee Harvey Oswald. Ruby was a big mouth and at the end he couldn't help but come out with his story about saving Israel and the Jews. Ruby's statements create a connection between Kennedy's assassination and Israel. Interestingly, neither the media nor the Warren commission deem it necessary to pay or draw attention to Ruby's statements.

The plan to kill Kennedy and blame the Cubans for it matches Israeli tactics. There are at least two well known incidents where Israel attacked Westerners and tried to have others blamed for the attacks. The Israeli agents who carried explosives into the King David Hotel in 1946 were dressed as Arabs. The goal of the Lavon affair was to attack western interests in Arab countries and have the Arabs being blamed for the attacks. The fact that Israeli intelligence isn't shy when it comes to the assassination of a western head of state was shown by the failed attempt on German Chancellor Konrad Adenauer in 1952.

The position of Michael Paine and his connection to George de Mohrenschildt complies with Israeli efforts at that time, to uncover and apprehend ex Nazis every where in the world. Including the United States.

What matters the most though is, that no one gained more from the developments that followed Kennedy's assassination then Israel and the Jews. The climate of suspicion in the US that resulted from the assassination created civil unrest. The ones who emerge strengthened from this struggle are the American Jews.

Kennedy's successor Lyndon B. Johnson establishes Americas "special relation" to the state of Israel and then he goes on pretending to fight communism in Vietnam. Meanwhile he implements communist legislature in the US, and allows organizations with strong affiliations to communism to roam American cities freely.

At the end Israel gained the Bomb while America lost her decency, her identity, her integrity and as a consequence the war in Vietnam. America was not defeated by the Vietcong, she was beaten by the Jewish lawyers of the ACLU and the propaganda of Sergei Eisenstein's pupils in Hollywood. Those are a few simple truths i hold to be self evident.

THE MURDER OF PRESIDENT KENNEDY

What you're about to read will probably shock some of you. It is not my intent to inflame anyone. My only purpose in making this available, is to wake Americans up so that they can see the truth concerning our beloved President, who died trying to protect America. In many way's President Kennedy has been forgotten

and slandered by a media that refuses to look at some very hard evidence. All the while this same media has put President Kennedy's personal life on display in a negative way since the day he was murdered. I for one am sick of a biased one sided media who's power has corrupted the many. There can be no justice until all of the facts are allowed even and unbiased coverage. You will see two such examples in this story, where the media has refused to help those who seek the truth. It seems that the media has aligned itself with those who call themselves the chosen and it appears that nothing, no matter how factual, that may point fingers at the so called chosen, is worthy of investigation according to the media. Most book publishers are also being biased and some writers who have written books concerning the assassination, have had to publish with the free press just to get their books out to the public. If you love America, you should read this and then ask yourself why the media doesn't want certain things to ever see the light of day. John Kennedy believed in freedom of speech and we must not let anyone take that away from us.

In my opinion President John F. Kennedy was murdered for 3 main reasons.

Kennedy was in the process of changing our money system. He wanted to do away with the federal reserve...which rips off the American taxpayers and puts billions of dollars into the International Bankers pockets. Later you will learn who these international bankers are and understand what I mean. Someone made millions in stock options shortly after Kennedy's murder...an old trick of the International Bankers. Remember the PUT options on airlines right before 9/11 that has since been revealed?

President Kennedy and his brother Bobby were both very active in fighting the mob and those suspected of communism. The Mob has ties to the International Bankers. Have you ever heard of the so called Russian Mafia (actually Jewish for the most part)? The Russian Mafia works every vice you can imagine and Florida is one location they operate out of heavily. The time was ripe for change in America and some who helped elect Kennedy found out they couldn't control him. I believe that in the beginning Kennedy went along with certain things thinking it was just business as usual. When he found out about certain criminal activity...due to the power of his office and the fact that his brother was the acting Attorney General...Kennedy started a real war against terror. Not like today's charade in the Middle East, where our sons will fight and die to destroy Israel's enemies.

Kennedy was also alarmed by Israel's nuclear program and Jewish power controlling all of our major media.

Kennedy, daring to uncover corruption and treasonous activity within our government was set up to be murdered by criminal elements within our government and those connected to them. Kennedy made it known that he wanted to do away with the FBI. Is it any wonder, in light of the following information.

Insiders in the White House and the CIA (Jewish Headed by James Angleton) and FBI helped to secure a death trap for Kennedy. If you look at all of the evidence...you cannot help but see the picture I lay out. Jim Garrison the Louisiana District Attorney was on the right trail of conspirators...but probably never would have been able to bring them to justice...because some very powerful people were behind this murder and cover-up. Garrison was pursuing a man by the name of Clay Shaw. Remember where Clay Shaw worked? Shaw worked at the Trade Mart in New Orleans and the Trade Mart was linked to the Permindex corp, which was a front for the Israeli Mossad and also had ties to Jewish Mafia boss Meyer Lansky as Author of "Final Judgment" Michael Collins Piper discovered. Shaw had knowledge of the facts pertaining to Kennedy's murder...you can bet on that. Shaw may not have known the whole story behind the assassination, but he could have lead investigators in the right direction if Garrisons work had of been supported by our government and the major media.

Think about the change that took place in every white European country in the 60's after Kennedy's death. The conspirator's plan was for the whole world... not just America. We were all set up for socialism (a communist form of government and a Jewish ideology as in the over-throw of Russia in 1917). Some refer to it as divide and conquer. By destroying a nations unity, the conspirators can put their corrupt system in place. The conspirators had to murder Kennedy to achieve their bloody goal.

The Russian Revolution

President Kennedy got in the way of the conspirator's plans and tried to keep America a sovereign nation ruled by our constitution. The conspirators wanted a one world order and started working hot and heavy on the plan right after Kennedy's murder. Lyndon Baine Johnson immediately reversed many of the workings of President Kennedy.
The liberal Senator Ted Kennedy (under the direction of the ADL or Jewish Anti Defamation League) authored a bill that opened the flood gates to 3rd world immigration so as to overthrow the white majority rule in the years ahead. Combine this with all of the programs designed
to give minorities a free ride and taxpayer sponsored breeding, well you can see the effects this will have in the future. Minorities vote for liberal Democrats who in turn vote for programs that are against our Constitution and that destroy our countries foundation. The fact is, this country was founded by a group of old White guys with White European values. I often hear the oft misquoted phrase that we are a nation of immigrants. While that's true to the extent that we were a nation of European immigrants, not Africans, Mexicans, Cubans and other third worlders.
Our country's greatness was designed by brave Europeans who broke away from the rule of Britain. Our Forefathers never intended to make America a melting pot for all the third world countries of the world.

President by default Johnson, under the influence of insiders signed the treasonous un civil rights act that would breed the minority into powerful socialist votes in the future and eventually throw our nation into socialism and the new world order. Bobby Kennedy would have opened up the investigation of his brothers murder if he had of come into power as President (Which we all know he would have). The conspirators couldn't risk this, so strangely he ended up murdered before he could reach power. President by default Johnson instructed the FBI and other agencies to investigate all persons that were looking into the assassination. Johnson for some reason wanted the Warren Commission story to be the final word about Kennedy's murder. What does all of this I have presented so far have in common? Simple...like (the Jew) Ruby said...no one would ever know or believe the real truth and anyone that gets close to the truth is called some ignorant name the liberals and Jews dreamed up to make people fear telling the truth. Names like racist or anti Semite are the words of choice for the controllers when they want to put a truth teller on edge and hush the flow of truthful information . There is a bill in Congress right this moment, authored by the ADL, that is called a hate crime bill. This bill is just another attempt to destroy freedom of speech and keep the Jewish lies of history...forever hidden. It's strange that a family as rich as the Kennedy family is... cannot see the truth. Maybe the family just doesn't want to see the truth. After all... the way the conspirators work is if you get out of line...they murder, dig up dirt, start a major scandal or some other clever trick. Politicians who go against their wishes usually find themselves without any coverage in the media and if they do get any coverage, it's all negative. I know many people are going to call me names over this but frankly I don't care. I believe in the constitution and freedom of speech. I believe what I have seen and observed in 44 years of life. Mr. Freedman was personally acquainted with Bernard Baruch, Samuel Untermyer, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Roosevelt, Joseph Kennedy, and John F. Kennedy, and many more movers and shakers of our times. HERE IN THE UNITED STATES, the Zionists and their co-religionists have complete control of our government. For many reasons, too many and too complex to go into here at this time, the Zionists and their co-religionists rule these United States as though they were the absolute monarchs of this country. Now you may say that is a very broad statement, but let me show you what happened while we were all asleep.

What happened? World War I broke out in the summer of 1914. There are few people here my age who remember that. Now that war was waged on one side by Great Britain, France, and Russia; and on the other side by Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Turkey.

Within two years Germany had won that war: not only won it nominally, but won it actually. The German submarines, which were a surprise to the world, had swept all the convoys from the Atlantic Ocean.

Great Britain stood there without ammunition for her soldiers, with one week's food supply -- and after that, starvation. At that time, the French army had mutinied. They had lost 600,000 of the flower of French youth in the defense of Verdun on the Somme. The Russian army was defecting, they were picking up their toys and going home, they didn't want to play war anymore, they didn't like the Czar. And the Italian army had collapsed.

Not a shot had been fired on German soil. Not one enemy soldier had crossed the border into Germany. And yet, Germany was offering England peace terms. They offered England a negotiated peace on what the lawyers call a status quo ante basis. That means: "Let's call the war off, and let room. There was absolutely no reason for World War I to be our war. We were railroaded into -- if I can be vulgar, we were suckered into -- that war merely so that the Zionists of the world could obtain Palestine. That is something that the people of the United States have never been told. They never knew why we went into World War I.

After we got into the war, the Zionists went to Great Britain and they said: "Well, we performed our part of the agreement. Let's have something in writing that shows that you are going to keep your bargain and give us Palestine after you win the war." They didn't know whether the war would last another year or another ten years. So they started to work out a receipt. The receipt took the form of a letter, which was worded in very cryptic language so that the world at large wouldn't know what it was all about. And that was called the Balfour Declaration.

The Balfour Declaration was merely Great Britain's promise to pay the Zionists what they had agreed upon as a consideration for getting the United States into the war. So this great Balfour Declaration, that you hear so much about, is just as phony as a three dollar bill. I don't think I could make it more emphatic than that.

That is where all the trouble started. The United States got in the war. The United States crushed Germany. You know what happened. When the war ended, and the Germans went to Paris for the Paris Peace Conference in 1919 there were 117 Jews there, as a delegation representing the Jews, headed by Bernard Baruch. I was there: I ought to know. Now what happened? The Jews at that peace conference, when they were cutting up Germany and parceling out Europe to all these nations who claimed a right to a certain part of European territory, said, "How about Palestine for us?" And they produced, for the first time to the knowledge of the Germans, this Balfour Declaration. So the Germans, for the first time realized, "Oh, so that was the game!

That's why the United States came into the war." The Germans for the first time realized that they were defeated, they suffered the terrific reparations that were slapped onto them, because the Zionists wanted Palestine and were determined to get it at any cost.

That brings us to another very interesting point. When the Germans realized this, they naturally resented it. Up to that time, the Jews had never been better off in any country in the world than they had been in Germany. You had Mr. Rathenau there, who was maybe 100 times as important in industry and finance as is Bernard Baruch in this country. You had Mr. Balin, who owned the two big steamship lines, the North German Lloyd's and the Hamburg-American Lines. You had Mr. Bleichroder, who was the banker for the Hohenzollern family. You had the Warburgs in Hamburg, who were the big merchant bankers -- the biggest in the world. The Jews were doing very well in Germany. No question about that. The Germans felt: "Well, that was quite a sellout."

It was a sellout that might be compared to this hypothetical situation: Suppose the United States was at war with the Soviet Union. And we were winning. And we told the Soviet Union: "Well, let's quit. We offer you peace terms. Let's forget the whole thing." And all of a sudden Red China came into the war as an ally of the Soviet Union. And throwing them into the war brought about our defeat. A crushing defeat, with reparations the likes of which man's imagination cannot encompass. Imagine, then, after that defeat, if we found out that it was the Chinese in this country, our Chinese citizens, who all the time we had thought were loyal citizens working with us, were selling us out to the Soviet Union and that it was through them that Red China was brought into the war against us. How would we feel, then, in the United States against Chinese? I don't think that one of them would dare show his face on any street. There wouldn't be enough convenient lampposts to take care of them. Imagine how we would feel.

Well, that's how the Germans felt towards these Jews. They'd been so nice to them: from 1905 on, when the first Communist revolution in Russia failed, and the Jews had to scramble out of Russia, they all went to Germany. And Germany gave them refuge. And they were treated very nicely. And here they had sold Germany down the river for no reason at all other than the fact that they wanted Palestine as a so-called "Jewish commonwealth."

Now Nahum Sokolow, and all the great leaders and great names that you read about in connection with Zionism today, in 1919, 1920, 1921, 1922, and 1923 wrote in all their papers -- and the press was filled with their statements -- that the feeling against the Jews in Germany is due to the fact that they realized that this great defeat was brought about by Jewish intercession in bringing the United States into the war. The Jews themselves admitted that. It wasn't that the Germans in 1919 discovered that a glass of Jewish blood tasted better than Coca-Cola or Muenschner Beer. There was no religious feeling. There was no sentiment against those people merely on account of their religious belief. It was all political. It was economic. It was anything but religious. Nobody cared in Germany whether a Jew went home and pulled down the shades and said "Shema' Yisroel" or "Our Father." Nobody cared in Germany any more than they do in the United States. Now this feeling that developed later in Germany was due to one thing: the Germans held the Jews responsible for their crushing defeat.

And World War I had been started against Germany for no reason for which Germany was responsible. They were guilty of nothing. Only of being successful. They built up a big navy.

They built up world trade. You must remember that Germany at the time of the French Revolution consisted of 300 small city-states, principalities, dukedoms, and so forth. Three hundred separate little political entities. And between that time, between the times of Napoleon and Bismarck, they were consolidated into one state. And within 50 years they became one of the world's great powers. Their navy was rivalling Great Britain's, they were doing business all over the world, they could undersell anybody, they could make better products. What happened as a result of that?

There was a conspiracy between England, France, and Russia to slap down Germany. There isn't one historian in the world who can find a valid reason why those three countries decided to wipe Germany off the map politically.

When Germany realized that the Jews were responsible for her defeat, they naturally resented it. But not a hair on the head of any Jew was harmed. Not a single hair. Professor Tansill, of Georgetown University, who had access to all the secret papers of the State Department, wrote in his book, and quoted from a State Department document written by Hugo Schoenfelt, a Jew whom Cordell Hull sent to Europe in 1933 to investigate the so-called camps of political prisoners, who wrote back that he found them in very fine condition. They were in excellent shape, with everybody treated well. And they were filled with Communists. Well, a lot of them were Jews, because the Jews happened to comprise about 98 per cent of the Communists in Europe at that time. And there were some priests there, and ministers, and labor leaders, and Masons, and others who had international affiliations.

Some background is in order: In 1918-1919 the Communists took over Bavaria for a few days.

Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht and a group of other Jews took over the government for three days. In fact, when the Kaiser ended the war he fled to Holland because he thought the Communists were going to take over Germany as they did Russia and that he was going to meet the same fate as the Czar. So he fled to Holland for safety, for security. After the Communist threat in Germany was quashed, the Jews were still working, trying to get back into their former status, and the Germans fought them in every way they could without hurting a single hair on anyone's head. They fought them the same way that, in this country, the Prohibitionists fought anyone who was interested in liquor. They didn't fight one another with pistols. Well, that's the way they were fighting the Jews in Germany. And at that time, mind you, there were 80 to 90 million Germans, and there were only 460,000 Jews. About one half of one per cent of the population of Germany were Jews. And yet they controlled all the press, and they controlled most of the economy because they had come in with cheap money when the mark was devalued and bought up practically everything.

The Jews tried to keep a lid on this fact. They didn't want the world to really understand that they had sold out Germany, and that the Germans resented that.

The Germans took appropriate action against the Jews. They, shall I say, discriminated against them wherever they could. They shunned them. The same way that we would shun the Chinese, or the Negroes, or the Catholics, or anyone in this country who had sold us out to an enemy and brought about our defeat.

After a while, the Jews of the world called a meeting in Amsterdam. Jews from every country in the world attended this meeting in July 1933. And they said to Germany: "You fire Hitler, and you put every Jew back into his former position, whether he was a Communist or no matter what he was. You can't treat us that way. And we, the Jews of the world, are serving an ultimatum upon you." You can imagine what the Germans told them. So what did the Jews do?

In 1933, when Germany refused to surrender to the world conference of Jews in Amsterdam, the conference broke up, and Mr. Samuel Untermyer, who was the head of the American delegation and the president of the whole conference, came to the United States and went from the steamer to the studios of the Columbia Broadcasting System and made a radio broadcast throughout the United States in which he in effect said, "The Jews of the world now declare a Holy War against Germany. We are now engaged in a sacred conflict against the Germans. And we are going to starve them into surrender. We are going to use a world-wide boycott against them. That will destroy them because they are dependent upon their export business." And it is a fact that two thirds of Germany's food supply had to be imported, and it could only be imported with the proceeds of what they exported. So if Germany could not export, two thirds of Germany's population would have to starve. There was just not enough food for more than one third of the population. Now in this declaration, which I have here, and which was printed in the New York Times on August 7, 1933, Mr. Samuel Untermyer boldly stated that "this economic boycott is our means of self-defense. President Roosevelt has advocated its use in the National Recovery Administration," which some of you may remember, where everybody was to be boycotted unless he followed the rules laid down by the New Deal, and which was declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of that time. Nevertheless, the Jews of the world declared a boycott against Germany, and it was so effective that you couldn't find one thing in any store anywhere in the world with the words "made in Germany" on it. In fact, an executive of the Woolworth Company told me that they had to dump millions of dollars worth of crockery and dishes into the river; that their stores were boycotted if anyone came in and found a dish marked "made in Germany," they were picketed with signs saying "Hitler," "murderer," and so forth, something like these sit-ins that are taking place in the South. At a store belonging to the R. H. Macy chain, which was controlled by a family called Strauss who also happen to be Jews, a woman found stockings there which came from Chemnitz, marked "made in Germany." Well, they were cotton stockings and they may have been there 20 years, since I've been observing women's legs for many years and it's been a long time since I've seen any cotton stockings on them. I saw Macy's boycotted, with hundreds of people walking around with signs saying "murderers," "Hitlerites," and so forth. Now up to that time, not one hair on the head of any Jew had been hurt in Germany. There was no suffering, there was no starvation, there was no murder, there was nothing.

Naturally, the Germans said, "Who are these people to declare a boycott against us and throw all our people out of work, and make our industries come to a standstill? Who are they to do that to us?" They naturally resented it. Certainly they painted swastikas on stores owned by Jews. Why should a German go in and give his money to a storekeeper who was part of a boycott that was going to starve Germany into surrendering to the Jews of the world, who were going to dictate who their premier or chancellor was to be? Well, it was ridiculous.

The boycott continued for some time, but it wasn't until 1938, when a young Jew from Poland walked into the German embassy in Paris and shot a German official, that the Germans really started to get rough with the Jews in Germany. And you found them then breaking windows and having street fights and so forth.

Now I don't like to use the word "anti-Semitism" because it's meaningless, but it means something to you still, so I'll have to use it. The only reason that there was any feeling in Germany against Jews was that they were responsible for World War I and for this world-wide boycott. Ultimately they were also responsible for World War II, because after this thing got out of hand, it was absolutely necessary for the Jews and Germany to lock horns in a war to see which one was going to survive.

In the meanwhile, I had lived in Germany, and I knew that the Germans had decided that Europe is going to be Christian or Communist: there is no in between. And the Germans decided they were going to keep it Christian if possible. And they started to re-arm.

In November 1933 the United States recognized the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union was becoming very powerful, and Germany realized that "Our turn was going to come soon, unless we are strong." The same as we in this country are saying today, "Our turn is going to come soon, unless we are strong." Our government is spending 83 or 84 billion dollars for defense.

Defense against whom? Defense against 40,000 little Jews in Moscow that took over Russia, and then, in their devious ways, took over control of many other countries of the world.

For this country now to be on the verge of a Third World War, from which we cannot emerge a victor, is something that staggers my imagination. I know that nuclear bombs are measured in terms of megatons. A megaton is a term used to describe one million tons of TNT. Our nuclear bombs had a capacity of 10 megatons, or 10 million tons of TNT, when they were first developed. Now, the nuclear bombs that are being developed have a capacity of 200 megatons, and God knows how many megatons the nuclear bombs of the Soviet Union have.

What do we face now? If we trigger a world war that may develop into a nuclear war, humanity is finished. Why might such a war take place? It will take place as the curtain goes up on Act 3: Act 1 was World War I, Act 2 was World War II, Act 3 is going to be World War III. The Jews of the world, the Zionists and their co-religionists everywhere, are determined that they are going to again use the United States to help them permanently retain Palestine as their foothold for their world government. That is just as true as I am standing here. Not alone have I read it, but many here have also read it, and it is known all over the world.

What are we going to do? The life you save may be your son's. Your boys may be on their way to that war tonight; and you you don't know it any more than you knew that in 1916 in London the Zionists made a deal with the British War Cabinet to send your sons to war in Europe. Did you know it at that time? Not a person in the United States knew it. You weren't permitted to know it.
Who knew it? President Wilson knew it. Colonel House knew it. Other insiders knew it.

Did I know it? I had a pretty good idea of what was going on: I was liaison to Henry Morgenthau, Sr., in the 1912 campaign when President Wilson was elected, and there was talk around the office there. I was "confidential man" to Henry Morgenthau, Sr., who was chairman of the finance committee, and I was liaison between him and Rollo Wells, the treasurer. So I sat in these meetings with President Wilson at the head of the table, and all the others, and I heard them drum into President Wilson's brain the graduated income tax and what has become the Federal Reserve, and I heard them indoctrinate him with the Zionist movement. Justice Brandeis and President Wilson were just as close as the two fingers on this hand. President Woodrow Wilson was just as incompetent when it came to determining what was going on as a newborn baby.

That is how they got us into World War I, while we all slept. They sent our boys over there to be slaughtered. For what? So the Jews can have Palestine as their "commonwealth." They've fooled you so much that you don't know whether you're coming or going.

Now any judge, when he charges a jury, says, "Gentlemen, any witness who you find has told a single lie, you can disregard all his testimony." I don't know what state you come from, but in New York state that is the way a judge addresses a jury. If that witness told one lie, disregard his testimony.

What are the facts about the Jews? (I call them Jews to you, because they are known as Jews. I don't call them Jews myself. I refer to them as so-called Jews, because I know what they are.) The eastern European Jews, who form 92 per cent of the world's population of those people who call themselves Jews, were originally Khazars. They were a warlike tribe who lived deep in the heart of Asia. And they were so warlike that even the Asiatics drove them out of Asia into eastern Europe. They set up a large Khazar kingdom of 800,000 square miles. At the time, Russia did not exist, nor did many other European countries. The Khazar kingdom was the biggest country in all Europe -- so big and so powerful that when the other monarchs wanted to go to war, the Khazars would lend them 40,000 soldiers. That's how big and powerful they were.

They were phallic worshippers, which is filthy and I do not want to go into the details of that now.

But that was their religion, as it was also the religion of many other pagans and barbarians elsewhere in the world. The Khazar king became so disgusted with the degeneracy of his kingdom that he decided to adopt a so-called monotheistic faith -- either Christianity, Islam, or what is known today as Judaism, which is really Talmudism. By spinning a top, and calling out "eeny, meeny, miney, moe," he picked out so-called Judaism. And that became the state religion. He sent down to the Talmudic schools of Pumbedita and Sura and brought up thousands of rabbis, and opened up synagogues and schools, and his people became what we call Jews. There wasn't one of them who had an ancestor who ever put a toe in the Holy Land.

Not only in Old Testament history, but back to the beginning of time. Not one of them! And yet they come to the Christians and ask us to support their armed insurrections in Palestine by saying, "You want to help repatriate God's Chosen People to their Promised Land, their ancestral home, don't you? It's your Christian duty. We gave you one of our boys as your Lord and Savior.

You now go to church on Sunday, and you kneel and you worship a Jew, and we're Jews." But they are pagan Khazars who were converted just the same as the Irish were converted. It is as ridiculous to call them "people of the Holy Land," as it would be to call the 54 million Chinese Moslems "Arabs." Mohammed only died in 620 A.D., and since then 54 million Chinese have accepted Islam as their religious belief. JFK vs. The Federal Reserve

On June 4, 1963, a virtually unknown Presidential decree, Executive Order 11110, was signed with the authority to basically strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the United States Federal Government at interest. With the stroke of a pen, President Kennedy declared that the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank would soon be out of business. The Christian Common Law Institute has exhaustively researched this matter through the Federal Register and Library of Congress. We can now safely conclude that this Executive Order has never been repealed, amended, or superceded by any subsequent Executive Order. In simple terms, it is still valid.

When President John Fitzgerald Kennedy - the author of Profiles in Courage - signed this Order, it returned to the federal government, specifically the Treasury Department, the Constitutional power to create and issue currency - money - without going through the privately owned Federal Reserve Bank. President Kennedy's Executive Order 11110 [the full text is displayed further below] gave the Treasury Department the explicit authority:

"to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury."

This means that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury's vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation based on the silver bullion physically held there. As a result, more than $4 billion in United States Notes were brought into circulation in $2 and $5 denominations. $10 and $20 United States Notes were never circulated but were being printed by the Treasury Department when Kennedy was assasinated. It appears obvious that President Kennedy knew the Federal Reserve Notes being used as the purported legal currency were contrary to the Constitution of the United States of America. "United States Notes" were issued as an interest-free and debt-free currency backed by silver reserves in the U.S. Treasury.

President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22, 1963 and the United States Notes he had issued were immediately taken out of circulation. Federal Reserve Notes continued to serve as the legal currency of the nation. According to the United States Secret Service, 99% of all U.S. paper "currency" circulating in 1999 are Federal Reserve Notes.

Kennedy knew that if the silver-backed United States Notes were widely circulated, they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve Notes. This is a very simple matter of economics. The USN was backed by silver and the FRN was not backed by anything of instrinsic value. Executive Order 11110 should have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level (virtually all of the nearly $9 trillion in federal debt has been created since 1963) if LBJ or any subsequent President were to enforce it. It would have almost immediately given the U.S. Government the ability to repay its debt without going to the private Federal Reserve Banks and being charged interest to create new "money". Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S.A. the ability to, once again, create its own money backed by silver and real value worth something.

Again, according to our own research, just five months after Kennedy was assasinated, no more of the Series 1958 "Silver Certificates" were issued either, and they were subsequently removed from circulation. Perhaps the assassination of JFK was a warning to all future presidents not to interfere with the private Federal Reserve's control over the creation of money. It seems very apparent that President Kennedy challenged the "powers that exist behind U.S. and world finance". With true patriotic courage, JFK boldly faced the two most successful vehicles that have ever been used to drive up debt: 1) war (Viet Nam); and, 2) the creation of money by a privately owned central bank. His efforts to have all U.S. troops out of Vietnam by 1965 combined with Executive Order 11110 would have destroyed the profits and control of the private Federal Reserve Bank.

AMENDMENT OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10289 AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN FUNCTIONS AFFECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States Code, it is ordered as follows:

SECTION 1. Executive Order No. 10289 of September 19, 1951, as amended, is hereby further amended -

(a) By adding at the end of paragraph 1 thereof the following subparagraph (j):

"(j) The authority vested in the President by paragraph (b) of section 43 of the Act of May 12, 1933, as amended (31 U.S.C. 821 (b)), to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury not then held for redemption of any outstanding silver certificates, to prescribe the denominations of such silver certificates, and to coin standard silver dollars and subsidiary silver currency for their redemption," and

(b) By revoking subparagraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 2 thereof.

SECTION 2. The amendment made by this Order shall not affect any act done, or any right accruing or accrued or any suit or proceeding had or commenced in any civil or criminal cause prior to the date of this Order but all such liabilities shall continue and may be enforced as if said amendments had not been made.

Once again, Executive Order 11110 is still valid. According to Title 3, United States Code, Section 301 dated January 26, 1998:

EO 10882 dated July 18, 1960, 25 F.R. 6869;

EO 12608 dated September 9, 1987, 52 F.R. 34617


The 1974 and 1987 amendments, added after Kennedy's 1963 amendment, did not change or alter any part of Kennedy's EO 11110. A search of Clinton's 1998 and 1999 EO's and Presidential Directives has also shown no reference to any alterations, suspensions, or changes to EO 11110.

The Federal Reserve Bank, a.k.a Federal Reserve System, is a Private Corporation. Black's Law Dictionary defines the "Federal Reserve System" as:

"Network of twelve central banks to which most national banks belong and to which state chartered banks may belong. Membership rules require investment of stock and minimum reserves."

Privately-owned banks own the stock of the FED. This was explained in more detail in the case of Lewis v. United States, Federal Reporter, 2nd Series, Vol. 680, Pages 1239, 1241 (1982), where the court said:

"Each Federal Reserve Bank is a separate corporation owned by commercial banks in its region. The stock-holding commercial banks elect two thirds of each Bank's nine member board of directors".

The Federal Reserve Banks are locally controlled by their member banks. Once again, according to Black's Law Dictionary, we find that these privately owned banks actually issue money:

"Federal Reserve Act. Law which created Federal Reserve banks which act as agents in maintaining money reserves, issuing money in the form of bank notes, lending money to banks, and supervising banks. Administered by Federal Reserve Board (q.v.)".

The privately owned Federal Reserve (FED) banks actually issue (create) the "money" we use. In 1964, the House Committee on Banking and Currency, Subcommittee on Domestic Finance, at the second session of the 88th Congress, put out a study entitled Money Facts which contains a good description of what the FED is:

"The Federal Reserve is a total money-making machine. It can issue money or checks. And it never has a problem of making its checks good because it can obtain the $5 and $10 bills necessary to cover its check simply by asking the Treasury Department's Bureau of Engraving to print them".

Any one person or any closely knit group who has a lot of money has a lot of power. Now imagine a group of people who have the power to create money. Imagine the power these people would have. This is exactly what the privately owned FED is!

No man did more to expose the power of the FED than Louis T. McFadden, who was the Chairman of the House Banking Committee back in the 1930s. In describing the FED, he remarked in the Congressional Record, House pages 1295 and 1296 on June 10, 1932:

"Mr. Chairman, we have in this country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal reserve banks. The Federal Reserve Board, a Government Board, has cheated the Government of the United States and he people of the United States out of enough money to pay the national debt. The depredations and the iniquities of the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal reserve banks acting together have cost this country enough money to pay the national debt several times over. This evil institution has impoverished and ruined the people of the United States; has bankrupted itself, and has practically bankrupted our Government. It has done this through the maladministration of that law by which the Federal Reserve Board, and through the corrupt practices of the moneyed vultures who control it".

Some people think the Federal Reserve Banks are United States Government institutions. They are not Government institutions, departments, or agencies. They are private credit monopolies which prey upon the people of the United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers. Those 12 private credit monopolies were deceitfully placed upon this country by bankers who came here from Europe and who repaid us for our hospitality by undermining our American institutions.

The FED basically works like this: The government granted its power to create money to the FED banks. They create money, then loan it back to the government charging interest. The government levies income taxes to pay the interest on the debt. On this point, it's interesting to note that the Federal Reserve Act and the sixteenth amendment, which gave congress the power to collect income taxes, were both passed in 1913. The incredible power of the FED over the economy is universally admitted. Some people, especially in the banking and academic communities, even support it. On the other hand, there are those, such as President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, that have spoken out against it. His efforts were spoken about in Jim Marrs' 1990 book Crossfire:

"Another overlooked aspect of Kennedy's attempt to reform American society involves money. Kennedy apparently reasoned that by returning to the constitution, which states that only Congress shall coin and regulate money, the soaring national debt could be reduced by not paying interest to the bankers of the Federal Reserve System, who print paper money then loan it to the government at interest. He moved in this area on June 4, 1963, by signing Executive Order 11110 which called for the issuance of $4,292,893,815 in United States Notes through the U.S. Treasury rather than the traditional Federal Reserve System. That same day, Kennedy signed a bill changing the backing of one and two dollar bills from silver to gold, adding strength to the weakened U.S. currency.

Kennedy's comptroller of the currency, James J. Saxon, had been at odds with the powerful Federal Reserve Board for some time, encouraging broader investment and lending powers for banks that were not part of the Federal Reserve system. Saxon also had decided that non-Reserve banks could underwrite state and local general obligation bonds, again weakening the dominant Federal Reserve banks".

In a speech made to Columbia University on Nov. 12, 1963, ten days before his assassination, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy said:

"The high office of the President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the American's freedom and before I leave office, I must inform the citizen of this plight."

In this matter, John Fitzgerald Kennedy appears to be the subject of his own book... a true Profile of Courage.

announcement be made of the implementation of plans to with-
draw 1,000 U.S. miltitary personnel by the end of 1963.

After discussion of the remaining recommendations of the report,
the President approved an instruction to Ambassador Lodge which
is set forth in State Department telegram No. 534 to Saigon.

J. Edgar Hoover was named first Director of the FBI in 1924, and he immediately organized the anti-communist Division Five for espionage and counter-espionage work which President Roosevelt made official in 1936. Actually, Division Five was in existence as the General Intelligence Division of he justice Department since 1919. Hoover, an Assistant Attorney General and head of the GID, had used the Czarist Russians in tracing the Bolsheviks during the Red Scare and Palmer raids of that period.(2)

1924 was the year the Communists finally took complete control of Russia after five years of resistance by the imperial Czarists. From 1918 to 1923, the leaders of the Czarists were leaving Russia with vast fortunes by the tens of thousands. One of those escaping Russians was John DeMenil, presently of Houston, Texas, who fled to France, married into the Schlumberger family, moved to Caracas, Venezuela, and then to Houston, Texas before World War II. He is presently the Chairman of the Board of Schlumberger Corporation, a worldwide oil well service company.

The forerunners of the Solidarists have been described by James Wechsler of the New York Post and other writers, before and during World war II, as the Ukrainian Fascists. The Solidarists expanded the group to include all East European exiles, including those of various religious denominations.

Of course, these Russian exiles in all countries of the world were violently anti-communist and considered themselves as a government in exile with headquarters in Munich, Germany.(3) One has only to glance at Czarist Russian history to learn that these people are the most proficient dealers in assassination the world has ever known.

George DeMohrenschildt, a Russian emigre who refused to join the Solidarists and who was familiar with the workings of espionage groups and had worked with them in the past, testified that J. Edgar Hoover, using Division Five of the FBI, was the planner of the assassination of President Kennedy. Through DeMohrenschildt's testimony before the Commission and his documentation, the connection of the espionage section of the FBI and the Assassination has been established. (4)

The public records of the Corporate Records Department of Italy and Switzerland, Who's Who in the South and Southwest, 1963, 1964, The Invisible Government, The Espionage Establishment by Wise and Ross, Buddy Floyd murder files, Alice Texas, Warren Commission 26 volumes, the Grand Jury records of New Orleans Parish, New Orleans, Louisiana, all further substantiate, bolster and corroborate the testimony of DeMohrenschildt concerning the FBI's Division Five' s involvement.

Many examiners of the case have concluded that George DeMohrenschildt was a part of the conspiracy because of his close association with Oswald during the fall of 1962, and winter and early spring of 1963, but a close reading of the Russian exile's testimony before the Warren Commission shows that DeMohrenschildt was being used by the Solidarists the same as Oswald was being used, and was to have been tied in with Oswald in connection with the assassination. However, DeMohrenschildt, a highly polished professional geologist, saved himself by moving to Haiti in April of 1963 in connection with a contract with the government of Haiti, where he still resided on the day of the assassination of President Kennedy. (5)

DeMohrenschildt, in retrospect, knew that Division Five of the FBI and the Solidarists had intended to use him as a scapegoat along with Oswald, and he did not hesitate to name the small group within the Federal Bureau of Investigation as the instigators of the assassination of President Kennedy.

Concerning the Solidarists, Jack Ruby was a second-generation immigrant from the White Russian area of Poland and his brother, Hyman Rubenstein, was born there. Ralph Paul, Ruby's Dallas partner in the Carousel Club, was a Russian immigrant having been born in Kiev, Russia. (6)

While in confinement, Jack Ruby said in letters later authenticated by Hamilton Autographs, New York City, that pogroms against the Jews in this country were a real threat. He repeated over and over the words "pogroms against the Jews" in these letters and in a number of habeas corpus hearings in Federal District Court in Dallas, and at the same time, he testified that Lyndon Johnson was the head of the organization carrying out the assassination plans. Ruby's testimony is acceptable in every court as an accomplice witness needing only corroboration insofar as his naming Lyndon Johnson as one of the accomplices. This has been done.

Ruby's constant use of the words "pogroms against the Jews" reveal his close affiliation with and his deeply ingrained awareness of his family's Russian Czarist background. Everyone even slightly conversant with Russian history knows that the words "pogroms against the Jews" are exclusively descriptive of the Czarist Russian Cossacks pillaging and killing of Jews in their villages and neighborhoods in Russia during the centuries under the Czars. But to return to J. Edgar Hoover's connection with the Czarist Russians in exile.

With the Solidarists' vast number of agents within Russia and the common anti-communist objectives with J. Edgar Hoover, these two groups immediately merged and have continually worked almost as one since that time. In 1960, when it was determined that Castro was a Communist, he too was considered an occupying force, and the Cuban exiles with the common cause worked quite naturally into the Solidarist and Division Five organizations.

Michael Collins Piper wrote a book linking the Israeli Mossad to the Murder of JFK.

I spoke of him earlier. He is the one the ADL had banned from making a speech at a California seminar. Here is a short review of something from his book "Final Judgement"! Notice how it ties in with what I've been talking about in this forum.

THE KENNEDY-NAZI CONNECTION

JFK's father, Joseph Kennedy, had a reputation of being pro-Nazi or at
least pro-Hitler. Joe was a bootlegger and a member of the Mafia, although
he hated the Jewish Mafia (Mishpucka) boss Meyer Lansky (real name Maier
Suchowljansky). He was U.S. Ambassador to Britain but was recalled because
of his pro-Hitler viewpoint. His code clerk was Tyler Kent, which is a
story in itself.

In the book *Final Judgment* by Michael Collins Piper, you will find a
story about DeWest Hooker. Hooker was a good friend of both Joseph Kennedy
and George Lincoln Rockwell, Commander of the American Nazi Party. Piper
tells of the arrangement made with Hooker and Rockwell to help JFK get
elected. Hooker said, "Frankly, as far as I'm concerned, it was my work
that got Johnny Kennedy in the White House." I suggest you read the book,
it is available from *Spotlight* Newspaper or Liberty Lobby. If I quote
small portions from it you probably would find it too hard to believe! I
assure you the story is true, for I know well the man who was the bodyguard
and stenographer/scribe to Commander Rockwell.

When Senator Joe McCarthy was conducting the hearings on Communists in the
government, his assistant, seated at the same desk beside him, was Robert
Kennedy. The Senator at the desk beside McCarthy was Senator John F.
Kennedy. JFK was an *insider* who KNEW the source of the problems. When he
became President, he fired the CIA heads, installed his brother as Attorney
General, and said he was going to put the United States back on the silver
standard, stop the Vietnam War, eliminate government involvement with the
Mafia, and eliminate the Federal Reserve problem. It has also been reported
that he was going to tell the truth about UFOs. Ten days after he gave a
speech at Columbia University making these statements, he was murdered.


This book is no longer in print and not available at the Jewish owned major bookstores. Sounds like he and I came to some of the same conclusions as I have.

Here is what "Final Judgment" contends:

In 1963, JFK was embroiled in a bitter (then secret) conflict with Israeli leader David Ben-Gurion over Israel's drive to build the atomic bomb; that Ben-Gurion resigned in disgust, having told JFK that because of JFK's policies, Israel's "existence [was] in danger." Upon JFK's assassination, U.S. policy toward Israel began an immediate 180-degree turnaround.

This is all documented by Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh in "The Samson Option," by Andrew Cockburn in "Dangerous Liaison," and by Stephen Green in "Taking Sides" - each a respected historian. Where, then, is the "Israeli connection" to the assassination? The fact is that when New Orleans DA Jim Garrison prosecuted Clay Shaw with conspiracy in the JFK assassination, Garrison stumbled upon the Mossad link.

Although Shaw was exposed as a CIA asset, Shaw was involved in 1963 in covert activities with high-level Mossad officer Tibor Rosenbaum, whose Swiss bank laundered mob money for Meyer Lansky, "chairman" of the crime syndicate.

Some say "the Mafia killed JFK." In fact, the Mafia bosses accused of "whacking" JFK - Carlos Marcello and Santo Trafficante - were not only Lansky subordinates but also CIA collaborators in plots against Fidel Castro.

And while many accuse the CIA's James Angleton of a role in the assassination cover-up, none mention that Angleton, the CIA's Mossad liaison, was a devoted partisan of Israel.

In light of the hysteria over "Final Judgment," recall JFK's words: "A nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people."

A ZIONIST LOOKS AT FINAL JUDGEMENT

Final Judgement by Michael Collins Piper has been ignored or viciously attacked by American Jewish organizations and media. No shock there since Piper makes a pretty cogent case for the Mossad being the moving force behind the assassination of JFK. I will attempt to redress this imbalance and offer a review of the book as a Zionist committed to the strength and survival of Israel.

To summarize early, Piper gets lots right and lots wrong. What is bothersome is it doesn't take much of what he gets right to make a case for Israeli involvement in the murder. Piper's central point, and it is a major revelation, is that Clay Shaw, Oswald's handler was on the board of a Geneva-based trade promotion company called Permindex, which I accept was a Mossad front for covert operations.

From this point Piper works backwards and connects Clay to the Mossad, the Mossad to Lansky and organized crime, Lansky to the CIA, the CIA to heroin production in South-East Asia, the heroin producers to the heroin processors of Marseilles, the processors to the OAS, the rebellious French intelligence outfit determined to assassinate Degaulle for pulling out of Algeria, the OAS to the Mossad and now we've come full circle.

Kennedy infuriated Israeli Prime Minister David Ben Gurion by demanding an end to Israel's nuclear program. He equally infuriated organized crime by promising to end American involvement in Viet Nam, and thus cutting off its major source of raw opium. Even though he frightened many in the CIA with his declarations that the organization had to be replaced, and by his refusal to bring down Castro, that was not a prime motive in the assassination. The CIA was involved because its top gun James Angleton was an Israeli agent. His duty was to prepare the patsy and plant "false flags" in the Cuban exile community. In fact, even the alleged involvement of Italian mafia leaders was a deliberate false flag as well. The real killers were OAS-employed Corsican hitmen, or at least one was for certain, and they were recruited by the Mossad's European chief assassin, Yitzhak Shamir.

I would dismiss the whole thing as a fantastic yarn, except four years ago I began researching the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin, and I independently discovered too many facts in common with Piper's. The most uncanny is that I also conclude that French intelligence provided the operational guidance behind Rabin's murder.

I don't intend to retell Final Judgement. The following points are aimed at people who have already read Piper's book.

* I was already familiar with the Permindex story, having read Larouche literature. I'm not happy that he adopts the findings of a pro-Aryan organization whose primary purpose in life seems to be to destroy the British royal family. The fact that Piper is employed by the Liberty Lobby and their outlet, Spotlight, is not really thrilling to me either. Even less exciting are his quotes from Jewish traitors like Ostrovsky and Lilienthal. And now I will elaborate.

There is a superficial similarity between me and Victor Ostrovsky in that we both are exposing the misdeeds of Israeli intelligence agencies. The difference, and it is telling, is that he ran away to Canada to tell his tale, while I live and raise my family in Israel. His motives are highly suspect, mine are honest: I want my friends, family, and especially my children, to live in a better Israel for all ages.

That said, about half of Piper's sources are Jewish, and other than Gerald Posner, they are mostly respected assassination researchers. He is not at all reluctant to cite as an inspiration the Jewish investigator/attorney Mark Lane, and in fact Lane was not at all reluctant to represent Spotlight in a well publicized legal action against the CIA. All in all, Piper doesn't sound like an anti-semite and I can spot one. I believe he is a sincere truthseeker.

* The main difference between my research and his is I found the evidence to prove my case for Israeli secret service involvement in the Rabin murder. I gathered hundreds of pages of hospital, court and police records, combined them with indisputable first hand testimony and put together an airtight case. Piper does not succeed nearly as well. His argument, though deft IS all circumstantial. The weight of his circumstantial evidence is impressive but it is far from conclusive.

* Piper does not have a handle on the personal dynamics of Israeli politics. For example, he writes off Menachem Begin as a "terrorist." Wrong. He was a freedom fighter in the truest sense of the word and probably the only honorable person to serve as Israel's prime minister. He somehow ties him into the plot because he had ties with gangster Mickey Cohen. Heck, everyone in Israel knows about these ties. Back in the late 40s when no one else would arm us, the gangsters used their muscle to save our fledgling state. So what?

But Piper intimates that just by knowing Cohen, Begin was in on the plot. That is out of the question. In 1948, Ben Gurion ordered Yitzhak Rabin to murder Begin on a ship called the Altalena. Begin would never have cooperated with Ben Gurion on a Hannuka party, let alone in the murder of an American president.

Ditto, Shamir. In the mid-1940s, Ben Gurion rounded up Shamir and his militia for the British and had them sent to incarceration camps in Central Africa. Admittedly, Shamir did work for the Mossad during Ben Gurion's regimes, but their personal ties were strained, to say the least. While Begin would never have cooperated with Ben Gurion in a presidential hit, it is almost as unlikely that Shamir would have. A better candidate would be Shimon Peres, Ben Gurion's close aide and the man who started the Israeli nuclear program with French collusion. He is suspect number one in the Rabin assassination.

* Piper mentions the well-known fact that Jack Ruby met with "Israeli journalists" at the Dallas police station the night before he finished off Oswald. Possibly enforcing Piper's claims, many of my correspondents have pointed out to me that in Leah Rabin's biography, she notes that her husband Yitzhak was in Dallas on November 22, 1963. And Rabin, himself, admitted that he was in Cambodia the next year inspecting an Israeli "experimental farm." Yes, Rabin could have been one of the "journalists" and yes, the farm could have been growing poppies.

That Rabin was up to his ears in drug running is illustrated during his tenure as Shimon Peres's Defence Minister from 1984-86. This was the era of Iran Contra and Israel was involved in selling arms to Iran to free American hostages. And the money was used to buy cocaine in Latin America, ship it to the US, use the profits to purchase arms and funnel these to the Contras.

Like Piper, Poindexter and North tried to shift the blame for the operation to Israel. Now being logical, Israel had its interests in the scheme; there was money and diplomatic brownie points. But Israel had no interest in freeing American prisoners or in funding the Contras. Iran Contra had to have been an American operation where the Israelis were called in for operational help.

I see the Kennedy assassination in the same terms. Oswald had been trained to be a stooge by American military intelligence from 1957, before the foundation of the Dimona Nuclear Reactor was even laid. Indeed, Ben Gurion could have been so angered by Kennedy's insistence on the dismemberment of Dimona that he agreed to contribute Mossad expertise to his assassination. However, the assassination's core plot was American and its genesis predated any possible Israeli involvement.

* By the same token, Piper implicates the Mossad in the murders of Americans who knew too much years after JFK was gone. William Colby's demise is his prime example. This implication dismisses the long list of political murders and murder attempts in the US since 1963, or for that matter, since at least Lincoln's time.

There IS a culture of political murder in the US, it has been on high gear since Clinton has assumed power, it goes back at least 150 years and Israel, the Zionists and Mossad have nothing to do with it.

* Piper paints Israel as the murder and crime capital of the Middle East. May we remind him that assassination was the only means of changing Middle East regimes for a thousand years before Zionism emerged and that most of the hard drugs sold in Europe originate from the Syrian-controlled Beka Valley and Afghanistan. Israel didn't invent the rules of Middle Eastern politics and may well have been forced to adopt them to survive.

* Piper makes a connection between the JFK assassination and Israel's technical help in founding the Chinese nuclear program. While the fact of Sino/Israeli nuclear coooperation may be genuine, Piper fails totally to find its connection to Dealey Plaza. So why include it?

* Similarly, since 9 of 22 Warren Commission lawyers were Jews, they must have had an interest in the coverup. Most specious is Piper's connection between Detroit multi-millionaire Max Fischer and Michigan Congressman Gerald Ford in the coverup. As President, Ford was a disaster for Israel, twice withholding deliveries of fighter jets until Israel withdrew from positions in the Sinai and Golan Heights. He was no Israeli puppet and seemed to revel in pushing then-Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin around.

If I would draw any conclusions, assuming Piper is right, it's that knowledge of Israel's involvement in the JFK assassination is being used to force Israel to commit suicide. How else can one explain Rabin's decision in 1993 to accede to American (ie CFR) demands and hand over the very heart of his nation to a ragtag band of terrorists and arm them to the teeth to boot? Perhap's Rabin's strange appearance in Dallas was the tool used against the Jewish people in the unstoppable American quest to make Israel defenceless.

* And one cannot ignore the strange demise of JFK Jr. Four witnesses saw the explosion that downed his plane. One was a reporter for the Martha's Vineyard Times. He radioed the airport tower that he was readying to land and then his plane fell 8000 feet in a few seconds. Yes, I'm sure he was murdered. And yes, the disastrous Israeli political establishment had one heck of a motive for involvement. The latest Kennedy to die violently was the only American editor to expose the true conspiracy behind Rabin's assassination. He did it in grand style in a 13 page article in the March 19997 issue of his magazine George. And he had every intention of continuing his exposes until he got to the bottom of the matter. We don't know what drove him to stand alone in seeking the Rabin truth, but it may have had much to do with the information contained within Final Judgement.

Let me conclude by observing that the Israeli public knew nothing whatsoever about how Rabin was really murdered until I took the trouble of explaining the truth to them. Today the polls show that 65% of my fellow Israelis want the Rabin assassination reinvestigated. We are waking up to the ugly reality of the kind of leadership we are saddled with.

But I take the opposite view of Piper: my research says America corrupted Israel and not the other way around. And, probably unlike Piper, I am seeking the truth so that one morning the rotten murderers Americans and Israelis call their political leaders, will not make my country hopelessly unable to defend itself against even rottener forces.

To Whom It May Concern:

The Good Doctor Rahn has published a "critical summary" of the SECOND EDITION of my book FINAL JUDGMENT: THE MISSING LINK IN THE JFK ASSASSINATION CONSPIRACY on his website. He has also posted it on this newsgroup. This is my formal response.
I have a few remarks, by way of a preface to my response to Rahn, however.
I regret that, unlike Rahn, I don't have all sorts of fancy academic titles after my name (although I did get an undergraduate degree), but I do have to say, if anyone cares, that a number of well-known academics have praised my writing and research skills in other areas outside the "controversial" topics of 1) the JFK assassination and 2) U.S. policy toward Israel and the Arab world.
However, I suppose, that when one dares to mix the two topics, it sets a writer up for some real name-calling and heavy-duty thrashing, which is precisely what I have experienced (even from people who SAY that they are interested in "the whole story" of the JFK assassination).
I have discovered that, in some respects, you are "allowed" to place the blame on any and all possible suspects with the notable exception of Israeli intelligence which did indeed have a very good reason to want JFK out of the White House and replaced with an "Israel-friendly" president such as LBJ (a topic explored in full detail in my book, based upon the writings of the following:

1) Seymour Hersh: The Samson Option
2) Andrew and Leslie Cockburn: Dangerous Liaison
3) Avner Cohen: Israel and the Bomb
4) Stephen Green: Taking Sides

In any case, as anyone who has actually bothered to read my book from beginning to end (and that evidently doesn't include Dr. Rahn, by his own admission) knows full well, I do not place absolute singular blame on the Mossad per se.
It is important to note that Rahn's review of FINAL JUDGMENT was apparently based on the second edition, printed in 1994. The second edition was 335 pages in length and had 677 footnotes. The fifth edition of the book, released in 2000, is a grand total of 760 pages, featuring 1114 footnotes, along with 36 pages of pictures and illustrations.
(One of the illustrations photographically reproduces hand-written attacks on JFK by "Si" Kenan, one of the founders of the America-Israel Public Affairs Committee--AIPAC--the lobby for Israel. These personal documents of Kenan, which are in safe storage, were literally slipped through my office mail-slot just before the fifth edition went to press.
Accompanying the anti-JFK ravings were other personal documents of Kenan (dating back to 1976) which verify that the handwriting and the documents were his--or otherwise they are very masterful forgeries of a wide-ranging number of documents, even including personal financial records of Mr. Kenan. I have to believe that the documents must have been grabbed by some intelligence agency, possibly the CIA or even Mossad or God knows who, and that after someone heard about my book they decided to provide them to me.
The very existence of these documents PROVES that the israeli lobby was hostile to JFK, contrary to the general perception--even among some JFK assassination researchers--that JFK was a "fan" of Israel of some sort.
In any event, Mr. Rahn has obviously not seen the substantially larger and enhanced FIFTH edition of FINAL JUDGMENT, which brings to a total some 30,000 copies of all editions of the book now in circulation. I am going to send him a complimentary copy of the FIFTH edition in hopes that he will read it from beginning to end, rather than dismiss it with a sarcastic comment about my mother as he does in his "critical summary" below.
Now, let's look at this "critical summary" of FINAL JUDGMENT.
Mr. Rahn writes:

There are four basic things about this strange book
PIPER RESPONDS: The use of the word "strange" is an obvious attempt to bias the reader of the summary in the first place. However, Webster's Third New International Dictionary says that strange can mean "new, unfamiliar" "not before known, heard or seen." In that regard Rahn is correct, because FINAL JUDGMENT is the first book ever to explore, in depth--in perhaps excrucating detail, more than anyone really wants to know--the theory that Israel's intelligence agency, the Mossad, played a hand alongside the CIA and the Meyer Lansky Crime Syndicate (which includes the subset known as "the Mafia") in the assassination of President Kennedy.

that every student of the JFK assassination should know. First, it proposes that Israel's intelligence agency the Mossad was the driving force behind the assassination.
PIPER RESPONDS: Yet, Rahn does not point out that the book explores the Mossad and Israeli lobby connections of many of the key, commonly "recognized" players in many of the diverse JFK assassination theories. That is what I call "the tie that binds" in the assassination conspiracy: the fact that so many people, in the CIA, the "right wing," the military-industrial complex, the FBI, and organized crime (often incorrectly called "the Mafia") had intimate and significant ties to the Mossad.

Second, the conspiracy and subsequent cover-up were so large as to contain something for everybody.
PIPER RESPONDS: If Rahn had read my book--any edition of it--he would have noted in the "Conclusion" that I say precisely the opposite: that the actual numbers of participants in the planning (and execution) of the assassination were very small in number: perhaps no more than 20 people in the actual planning itself. Those whom I implicate were all closely connected at the highest levels of the CIA, the Mossad and organized crime. And the more I look at things, the less I think it is likely that commonly-accused "conspirators" such as Giancana, Marcello, and Traficante were actually directly involved in any planning whatsoever. As far as the cover-up is concerned, my book documents the little-known (but very real) connections to Israel and to Permindex (that spooky permindex) and to the Mossad of several key figures on the Warren Commission and in the major media. To say that "the conspiracy and subsequent cover-up were so large as to contain something for everybody" is quite simply a total misrepresentation of my book and its thesis.

Third, Michael Collins Piper offers not a shred of solid (physical) evidence for any of this.
PIPER RESPONDS: I have been the first to admit, from the beginning, and in the book, that there is no forensic evidence to PROVE that the Mossad had a hand in the assassination. However, there are those who will argue that there is no forensic evidence to PROVE that Lee Harvey Oswald was indeed THE assassin or ONE OF the assassins. What "evidence" that does exist pinning Oswald has been dissected at length from the beginning and most people find it lacking.

And fourth, the book convinced Piper's mother.
PIPER RESPONDS: How cute of Rahn to bring my mother into this. I'm sure he uses that line with his students. It's probably good for a laugh, but it's dirty pool at the least. She was mentioned in passing in the acknowledgments to the book and as I have pointed out in response to Rahn in another posting, and as I have mentioned elsewhere, I think the fact that my mother--who is indeed my worst critic--read my book and found it convincing is significant.
Why is my mother's opinion significant?
My mother is a reasonably intelligent woman, pretty well read in a lot of areas--probably much better read than most Americans--and she has read many of the other books on the JFK assassination. When I first described my thesis to her in about six or eight sentences, she said, "I don't know about that."
Then she read the book and commented, "It makes as much sense to me as anything else I have read on the subject." And that is precisely the average comment of the average person who has read the book (and who has read other books on the subject).

Point three, the total lack of solid evidence, is a consequence of the coexistence of upwards of one hundred conspiracy theories, many of them mutually exclusive, which means that the evidence for none of them can be solid. That in turn follows from the complete absence of strong evidence for conspiracy in general in this assassination-had such evidence existed, it would have been shouted from the rooftops many years ago, and someone would have long since won a Nobel prize for it, to say nothing of reaping millions from the book and the blockbuster movie. The lack of such an occurrence should make us view each new conspiracy offering with extreme skepticism. More strongly, the total lack of hard evidence for conspiracy requires us to approach all proposals about conspiracy with the time-tested working hypothesis that they will not contain any hard evidence.
PIPER RESPONDS: This is a mouthful from Rahn. But it's all about "theories" in general and does not address ANYTHING in FINAL JUDGMENT at all. In addition, Rahn's suggestion that someone would have "shouted" from the rooftops, etc etc is highly unlikely. Anyone who really did have inside knowledge about the conspiracy was either smart enough to keep his mouth shut or was silenced.
One reader of FINAL JUDGMENT described my theory to Walter Cronkite at a personal meeting with the famed broadcaster who said, "I can't think of any group--with the exception of Israeli intelligence--that would have been able to keep the JFK assassination conspiracy under wraps for so long."
It should be noted that E. Howard Hunt privately offered a certain journalist based in Canada the "whole story" of what he knew about the JFK assassination in return for $14 million. The journalist asked Hunt why $14 million. He said: "That is what I've calculated I would need to protect myself for the rest of my natural life," or words to that effect. This incident involving Hunt has never been reported, but I got it second-hand from a well-known JFK assassination investigator who got the story from the journalist who got the offer from Hunt. The journalist in question later wrote an entertaining piece about Hunt in a recent issue of a popular magazine that left the reader to believe that Hunt was indeed "involved" or otherwise "connected to" the events surrounding the JFK assassination. The journalist did not mention Hunt's offer. It should also be noted that the journalist was working for ANOTHER publication when he first intereviewed Hunt and received the offer. The story of Hunt's offer was not mentioned in the final published article that appeared in another publication.
Anyway, the point is that at least one person has offered to "tell". There are others who contend that Frank Sturgis also gave a written confession to involvement in the assassination. In addition, Marita Lorenz says that Sturgis confessed to her. There is also the confession of James Files. There are those who doubt these stories, but if even ANYTHING any of them have said is true about their connections to the JFK assassination, then--as Rahn has said--somebody HAS shouted or otherwise "whispered"--if not from the rooftops.

As for Piper's mother, he notes that she has always been his severest critic. If Mama now believes his book, it must be true.
PIPER RESPONDS: We've already talked about my mother. Then to call her "Mama" is the ultimate. The next thing we know, Rahn will be wondering if "Mama" nursed me correctly or whether she nursed me at all. Is Rahn one of these Freudian types or something. He's starting to get absolutely Bevilaquian here! (No wonder they get along so well.)

Michael Collins Piper proposes that the Mossad was at the center of a very large conspiracy and cover-up.
PIPER RESPONDS: Again, I say that it was a very SMALL conspiracy and cover-up.

It starts with JFK during the first years of his presidency sufficiently angering the CIA, the Mafia, and Israel that they all wanted to kill him. The reasons for the anger by the CIA and the Mafia have been advanced for many years (failure to fully support the Bay of Pigs operation, wanting to make peace with Castro, and wanting to scale down the Cold War or end it entirely, etc.);
PIPER RESPONDS: Finally, Rahn got something right!

the reasons for Israel's anger have been overlooked until now, according to Piper,
PIPER RESPONDS: Note the phraseology: "according to Piper." A deliberate attempt to make it appear as though all of the documentation I provide regarding JFK's bitter relationship with David Ben-Gurion AND Ben-Gurion's successor are all just "according to Piper." No, in fact, it is according to the following sources, which I will repeat for the record:

1) Seymour Hersh: The Samson Option
2) Andrew and Leslie Cockburn: Dangerous Liaison
3) Avner Cohen: Israel and the Bomb
4) Stephen Green: Taking Sides

These books did not come out until the late 1980s and into the 1990s, so up until that time there was very little published information about JFK's relationship with Israel. So, yes, according to Piper, --and it's true-- there was very little information about JFK's relationship with Israel and therefore no one who was looking into the JFK assassination had any reason to look in the direction of Israel since many people believed the popular claim (largely put forth by the israeli lobby, that "JFK loved Israel and the Jewish people." etc etc. Sure, that's why he was determined to stop Israel from building the nuclear bomb and that's why top jewish leaders threatened to cut off his re-election money in 1964 if he didn't back off.

and center around Kennedy's desire to create a balanced Middle East policy and to thwart Israel's nuclear ambitions. Israel feared that these changes would threaten the survival of their nation.
PIPER RESPONDS: The sources cited above verify all of the things that Rahn summarizes about my foundation for the claim that the Mossad would have had an interest in removing JFK from office.

So they decided to kill him.
PIPER RESPONDS: Yes, I do believe that the Mossad did play a hand alongside the CIA and the Lansky Crime Syndicate. I believe that the Permindex grouping (well known to JFK researchers) was a part of the conspiracy and that you will find Mossad connections--intimate connections--at all relevant levels. Frank Sturgis did work for the Mossad as early as the late 1940s and well into the 1960s. Fact fact fact fact fact.

Israel turned to the Mafia to help, through kingpin Meyer Lansky and what Piper calls the "Meyer Lansky Organized Crime Syndicate."
PIPER RESPONDS: As time goes by, I find less and less reason to believe that "the Mafia" was a major player really and that is made clear in subsequent editions of the book. Meyer Lansky, however, was part of the permindex crowd through his relationship with the Banque de Credit Internationale of Geneva, run by Rabbi Tibor Rosenbaum, a major Mossad figure.

Along the way, they also involved West Coast mobster Mickey Cohen,
PIPER RESPONDS: Although Mickey Cohen is mentioned in the book in regard to intrigue against JFK, the book does not specifically say that Cohen was involved in the assassination conspiracy. If you had read the book, Dr. Rahn, you would have seen that.

Jack Ruby,
PIPER RESPONDS: Oh yes, Jack Ruby. You've heard of him. And yes, according to FBI documents, Ruby had connections to Israel through gun-running back to the 1950s. In addition, Ruby had a connection to israel through his friend and attorney Luis Kutner, who was a major intelligence figure with ties to the Mossad. And--get this--Ruby met with Lawrence Myers the night before the assassination. Myers was often called a "Mafia" figure but he was also linked to a company implicated in illegal arms smuggling to israel. None of this "PROVES" ANYTHING, but it does bring forth Israeli connections to Jack Ruby that are passed by in all of the literature regarding the JFK assassination--with the exception of FINAL JUDGMENT, which does indeed make the book "singular, unique, peculiar." (as in "strange" as in Webster's Third)

Melvin Belli,
PIPER RESPONDS: Rahn is quite reckless here. I simply pointed out that Belli acted as a defender of the Warren Commission. Anyone who read what Rahn has written would think that I implicated Belli in the assassination conspiracy.

Permindex,
PIPER RESPONDS: Permindex is what ties the CIA, the Mossad and the Lansky Crime Syndicate together--along with elements of French intelligence.

James Jesus Angleton of the CIA,
PIPER RESPONDS: Oh yes. There's a monument in Israel to Angleton. You can't understand the CIA and its history without considering Angleton. And you can't consider Angleton without recognizing his role as the devoted CIA liaison to the Mossad. Most JFK researchers who have talked about Angleton's links to the JFK conspiracy and cover-up (if they have done so at all) are hesitant to mention the Mossad connection.

E. Howard Hunt,
PIPER RESPONDS: You can't talk about the JFK assassination without talking about E. Howard Hunt, if only because he has been involved in two lawsuits on the subject and has been written about extensively. In FINAL JUDGMENT I try to make sense of what has been written and been said about Hunt and put it in a context that explains what did--or didn't--happen on November 22, 1963. And if Dr. Rahn had read my book carefully he would see that I don't necessarily contend that Hunt was INVOLVED in the assassination per se, but only that he was involved in activities that circled around the assassination itself.

French Corsican gangsters,
PIPER RESPONDS: Maybe. Maybe not. But I did have a French source, former French intelligence operative Pierre Neuville, clearly identified, with his whole story told, in the FIFTH edition of FINAL JUDGMENT, also including French intelligence documents relating to Neuville, who was supposed to be a patsy in a Mossad plot to kill Nasser of Egypt.

to name a few.
PIPER RESPONDS: This, again, is disingenuous. I state very clearly in the summary of the book that only a small handful of people were actually involved in the assassination planning and execution.

They piggy-backed their efforts on a fake-assassination scheme described by Gary Wean in "There's a FISH In The COURTHOUSE." Hunt had developed the idea of pretending to try to assassinate the president but failing. It would leave a false trail that would lead directly to Fidel Castro and rouse American sympathies for an invasion of Cuba that would depose Castro once and for all. Hunt sold the plan to other high-ranking anti-Castro people in the Kennedy administration, up to and including his Cabinet. JFK was kept unaware of it for his own "protection". (I'm not making this up, folks.)
PIPER RESPONDS: This is indeed, roughly, what Gary Wean contends in his book. The truth is, however, that the thesis of FINAL JUDGMENT does not stand or fall on what Gary Wean has written. Even if Gary Wean had NEVER written his book, everything else in FINAL JUDGMENT stands on its own. So Rahn is way off the beam by trying to suggest that my whole thesis rests on Wean's claims about this "dummy assassination attempt."
And by the way, although Rahn calls Gary Wean my "favorite informant," Gary Wean (to my surprise) has actually attacked FINAL JUDGMENT. Despite that, Rahn doesn't seem to be aware that Wean has now identified the name of the person who told the story about a "dummy assassination" that was manipulated from and that person is former Sen. John Tower of Texas. Wean disguised his identity in his book THERE'S A FISH IN THE COURTHOUSE by saying "John" was a big man, when, in fact, as everyone knows, John Tower was a little man. Now that Tower is dead, Wean felt that he could identify him and has done so.

The Mossad had a spy in their midst, however, and seized the opportunity to sneak in their own shooters and do the job for real. Naturally, Hunt and the others were devastated when Kennedy was actually killed. They considered it a giant double-cross by somebody;
PIPER RESPONDS: I don't believe that Wean himself believes it was the Mossad, but that's really neither here nor there.

only now does Piper reveal that it was the Mossad from the outside rather than a double-cross from the inside.
PIPER RESPONDS: Oh, isn't Rahn clever: "Only now does Piper reveal" Piper isn't "revealing" anything. Piper is stating his thesis based on a wide-range of information. This kind of sarcasm is typical of those who can only cast aspersions on "conspiracy theories" by using sarcastic tones such as this.
Anyway, I'm not sure that if there was a Mossad double-cross that it was "from the outside" rather than from the inside, since the Mossad was very much "inside" the CIA through the good offices of James Jesus Angleton.

Piper stresses how other writers have glimpsed part of this murky scenario, but have not been able to put it all together. Dick Russell, in "The Man Who Knew Too Much," sensed that some other group usurped Oswald's "relationship with the CIA." Gerry Patrick Hemming was said by Russell to have noticed a third force of anti-Castro exiles that seemed to be controlled by an agency other than the CIA. Donald Freed and Mark Lane's "Executive Action" proposed that Oswald had gotten involved in some outside action, as did Robert Morrow's "Betrayal." Don DeLillo's "Libra" contained a fake assassination attempt that went awry. None other than Chauncey Holt related his involvement in a faked assassination attempt that was to be blamed on Castro. Michael Milan's "The Squad" says that the guns were aimed at Connally rather than Kennedy, and that LBJ and Hoover were ultimately responsible. James Reston, Jr., wrote similarly that Connally had been the target. Lastly, former Mossad agent Victor Ostrovsky wrote in "By Way Of Deception" that the Mossad taught its recruits that Connally had been the true target.
PIPER RESPONDS: Yes, these other individuals have made such statements, although without responding in detail to each, it seems to me that Rahn is trying to suggest that all of these things are somehow "contradictory." Quite the contrary. Instead, they all point to the idea that perhaps there were other elements at work, manipulating different people in different ways, bringing them together in Dallas on November 22, 1963.

After all this, one would expect some pretty strong evidence from Piper. It is absent.
PIPER RESPONDS: It is rather interesting to me that Rahn has focused on what is the one chapter in the book where I actually try to make sense of anything that did -- or did not -- actually happen in Dallas. I have never suggested that this chapter is "proof" of anything, but it does show the manipulation surrounding the E. Howard Hunt story (and the Angleton connection thereto) and demonstrates how the oft-discussed "French connection" may well indeed be the very real "Israeli connection" to the assassination.
Rahn does not address any of the Mossad connections of Clay Shaw, Guy Banister, Frank Sturgis, James Angleton, Louis Bloomfield nor, most pointedly, does he want to seem to address the very real MOTIVE for the Mossad and supporters of Israel in the CIA to want to get JFK out of the way.

Although I didn't comb every single page of the book,
PIPER RESPONDS: Not very academic of Dr. Rahn.

I was unable to find a single piece of solid evidence to support any single aspect of Piper's multi-tentacled "explanation." It's all connections, all loose and indirect.
PIPER RESPONDS: The connections are not "loose" and "indirect." E.G. Would Rahn say that the fact that Louis Bloomfield, a henchman of the Bronfman family and a top Israeli lobby figure, was chairman of Permindex and that Clay Shaw--out of all of the trade executives in the world--was on the board of Permindex was "loose" and "indirect." Or that Permindex ties back to the Mossad and to the Lansky Syndicate as well. That old saw that "it's all connections" doesn't wash. "Connections" are what life is all about. It's Rahn's "connections" that have made him the esteemed academic that he is today.

Unfortunately for conspiracists, connections do not a conspiracy or an assassination make.
PIPER RESPONDS: An assassination couldn't happen if people planning the assassination didn't have the "connections" to make it happen.

Piper's entire book is wishful thinking.
PIPER RESPONDS: That's what you say. Those who have read the book say that it does make sense; that the conspiracy presented is no more outlandish or no more illogical than other conspiracy theories regarding the subject; further, that my book is the one that ties ALL of the seemingly disparate conspiracies together in a WAY THAT MAKES SENSE.

The astute reader will have sensed from the beginning that this is coming, however, for the first chapter glosses over any need for conclusive evidence by stating, "The purpose of 'Final Judgment,' you see, is not to prove, once and for all, that there was indeed a conspiracy to assassinate President John F. Kennedy and to perpetuate a cover-up of that conspiracy. That has been proven, time and again, in an endless array of books, monographs, magazine articles-even in the pages of several novels." That chapter then goes on to assert that "Final Judgment" builds on the foundation of several "generally accepted" conclusions about the assassination, which include that it was a conspiracy, that it involved the CIA, the Mafia, anti-Castro Cubans, Lee Harvey Oswald (himself involved with U.S. Intelligence), and Jack Ruby (as part of the Mafia), that Oswald was killed to silence him, and that the CIA, the Warren Commission, and the House Select Committee on Assassinations were all directly and knowingly involved in covering it up.
PIPER RESPONDS: Thank you, Dr. Rahn, for making the point that I made RIGHT UP FRONT in the book: the fact that I didn't feel the need to rehash all of the forensic and other evidence that numerous other researchers, beginning with Mark Lane, Josiah Thompson and many, many, many others have successfully brought out over the years. My purpose was not to determine HOW the crime was committed in Dealey Plaza, but, having been "convinced" by other researchers that it was more than "one lone nut," I wanted to find out WHO WAS ULTIMATELY BEHIND THE CONSPIRACY. There's nothing more that the real conspirators want than to have people debating ballistics and autopsy records that may or may not be genuine and avoiding the ULTIMATE QUESTION: Who really killed JFK--and why?

If you don't feel the need to produce any evidence that the WC (with the Chief Justice of the U.S.), the HSCA, and the CIA deliberately covered up the crime of the century, for reasons that included protecting the Mafia, you certainly won't feel the need to produce any evidence for the huge conspiracy they were allegedly covering up. Come to think of it, that may be the only logical thing in the whole book.
PIPER RESPONDS: This is very interesting. Rahn obviously believes it is impossible for the Chief Justice of the United States or members of Congress to commit crimes or cover-up for the crimes of others. Oh my! How dare anyone suggest that the Chief Justice of the United States was less than perfect. I won't dare mention the frying pan murder of Earl Warren's bootlegger/whorehouse keeping father who evidently upset his son by refusing to give up the family business after putting the kid through law school. (Whoops! Another conspiracy theory. I better not go any further with that one.)

Across the front cover of "Final Judgment" runs a red bar that announces it as "The New Underground Best-Seller."
PIPER RESPONDS: Just about 30,000 copies in circulation. Pretty good.

- Shortly after he became Chancellor of Germany in 1933, Adolph Hitler began his campaign against the Jews. Hitler used Germany's severe economic problems to win support from extremists who had fomented violence. They were responsible for Germany's economic plight.

- On April 1, 1933, persecution of the Jews in Germany became official policy, beginning with a Nazi initiated boycott of Jewish businesses and shops. Nazi students and professors burned hundreds of thousands of books, including many written by Jews, as part of a "purification" of German culture.

- As ambassador to England, Joe would later make clear that he thought the Jews had "brought on themselves" whatever Hitler did to them. During a 1938 meeting at the German embassy in London, Kennedy assured the German ambassador that America only wanted friendly relations with Hitler. Joe said that Hitler's government had done "great things" for the country, and that the Germans were "satisfied" and enjoyed "good living conditions." Joe told the ambassador that a recent report which said the limited food in Germany was being reserved for the army could not be true. After all, Joe said, the professor who had made the report "was a Jew."
- Kennedy urged his friend William Randolph Hearst to help Hitler improve his image in the United states. Hearst agreed, and under his own byline he told his readers that Hitler had "restored character and courage. Hitler gave hope and confidence. He established order and unity of purpose."

- Based on what his father had told him, Morton Downey Jr said, "I think if Joe had his way, Hitler would have succeeded in his annihilation of the Jews....He always found great favor in Hitler. He would have loved to see him succeed."

- Joe Kennedy often professed admiration for the works of Brooks Adams, whose views on racial purity paralleled Hitler's. Joe accepted Adams as his intellectual guru, ratifying, as he did, the prejudices that Joe already had.
- An historian, Adams articulated a "survival of the fittest" theory much like Hitler's. Eventually, he wrote, the "energy" of a "race" is exhausted, and it must be replaced by the infusion of "barbarian blood."
- In The Theory of Social Revolutions as well as other works, Adams maintained that American democracy had inherent defects. Without near-dictatorial powers, presidents cannot govern effectively. Ultimately, these defects would bring disaster to the country. Adams predicted Englend would fare even worse because the country was in a state of "decay" brought on by "high living, wasteful habits, and intellectual torpor." In contrast, Germany had a strong military and a vigorous population that was better educated.

- Joe Kennedy, as a capitalist, liked Adams' theories because he saw himself as their beneficiary and they appealed to his prejudices. According to Adams, the "greedy" economic man or capitalist becomes dominant in society. Morality and ethics are of no value. Instead, "Men do not differ from the other animals, but survive, according to their aptitudes, by adapting themselves to exterior conditions which prevail at the moment of their birth."

- Joe Kennedy's oldest son, Joe Jr, absorbed his father's virulent anti-Semitism. During a break from school in 1934, Joe Jr traveled to Germany. By then, public eating facilities, theaters, and shops in Germany displayed signs saying "Jews Not Welcome." Jewish mothers could not buy milk for their infants. Jews who were sick could not obtain prescriptions.
- Joe Jr wrote to his father that Hitler had taken advantage of a widespread dislike of the Jews, a dislike which was "well-founded." He told his father that Hitler was "building a spirit in his men that could be envied in any country." The brutality, bloodshed, and marching were necessary, he said, and the sterilization law was a "good thing." "I don't know how the church feels about it but it will do away with many of the disgusting specimens of men who inhabit this earth," Joe Jr wrote.

- To be sure, anti-Semitism in the United States at the time, particularly in Boston, was not uncommon. But while many were passively anti-Semitic, Joe Kennedy was rabidly so. Arthur Schlesinger Jr referred to McCarthy's anti-Communist activities as his "jihad," but Joe Kennedy admired his friend's stand. To Kennedy, Communism, not Nazism, posed the greatest threat. He was an old hand at spreading rumors himself.

- McCarthy's failure to substantiate his claims of Communist penetration of the army in the nationally televised army-McCarthy hearings finally discredited him. On December 2, 1954, the Senate voted to condemn him, 67 to 22. Jack Kennedy, senator from Massachusetts, was the only Democrat who did not vote against McCarthy. Jack's failure to condemn Joe McCarthy would cost him the vice presidential nomination in 1956.

- The family allegiance to McCarthy was demonstrated again when Bobby Kennedy attended McCarthy's funeral in May 1957.

CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY (CIA)

James Angleton just called me to advise that Mr. McCone, Director of CIA, will testify before the Commission tomorrow. Angleton said it occurred to him that it would be well for both McCone and Mr. Hoover to be aware that the Commission might ask the same questions wondering whether they would get different replies from the heads of the two agencies. Angleton wanted us to know some of the things which he believes McCone will be asked and the replies which will be given.

One question will be "Was Lee Harvey Oswald ever an agent of CIA?" The answer will be no. A second question will be "Does CIA have any evidence showing that a conspiracy existed to assassinate President Kennedy?" The answer to this question will also be no. The third question will be "What suggestions does CIA have to offer for safe-guarding the life of the President of the United States?" Angleton didn't have the complete answer to this worked out but because of the nature of the question, it wouldn't conflict with what the Bureau has already suggested. A fourth question will be "Does CIA believe the Soviet documents on Oswald submitted to the Warren Commmission accurately reflect the Soviet relations with Oswald?" Angleton said their answer cannot be either a flat yes or no because they do not have the knowledge to so state. He said he believes McCone's answer will be to the effect that CIA is aware that Soviet Russia does have a directorate charged with the responsibility for carrying out assassinations and, therefore, these documents in question would not normally reflect accurately relations with such a person as Oswald. However, on the other hand, CIA has no evidence that Oswald was under the instructions of this directorate charged with assassinations.

Angleton said if anything further developed today which would be helpful to us, he would call.

Before examining Angleton's relationship with Oswald, it would be useful to understand Angleton's relationship with the CIA. Angleton ran the Counterintelligence unit. The primary role of Counterintelligence is to protect agents from a foreign intelligence organization from uncovering CIA assets and operations. Another important role is the ability to disseminate disinformation to foreign intelligence services in an effort to create for them a false picture of reality, causing them to act in ways that may be ultimately against their own interests. In other words, Counterintelligence was a unit that conducted operations, not just research. For that reason, the CI staff resided inside the Directorate of Plans (DDP) and not on the analytical side of the agency.

In addition to owning counterintelligence, Angleton also had control over the FBI's relationship with the Agency (he owned the liaison relationship between FBI and CIA), and sole control of the Israeli desk, which included liaison with their intelligence service, the Mossad.

It gives me great personal pleasure to extend congratulations as you assume your responsibilities as Prime Minister of Israel. You have our friendship and best wishes in your new tasks. It is on one of these that I am writing you at this time.

You are aware, I am sure, of the exchange which I had with Prime Minister Ben-Gurion concerning American visits to Israel's nuclear facility at Dimona. Most recently, the Prime Minister wrote to me on May 27. His words reflected a most intense personal consideration of a problem that I know is not easy for your Government, as it is not for mine. We welcomed the former Prime Minister's strong reaffirmation that Dimona will be devoted exclusively to peaceful purposes and the reaffirmation also of Israel's willingness to permit periodic visits to Dimona.

I regret having to add to your burdens so soon after your assumption of office, but I feel the crucial importance of this problem necessitates my taking up with you at this early date certain further considerations, arising out of Mr. Ben-Gurion's May 27 letter, as to the nature and scheduling of such visits.

I am sure you will agree that these visits should be as nearly as possible in accord with international standards, thereby resolving all doubts as to the peaceful intent of the Dimona project. As I wrote Mr. Ben-Gurion, this Government's commitment to and support of Israel could be seriously jeopardized if it should be thought that we were unable to obtain reliable information on a subject as vital to the peace as the question of Israel's effort in the nuclear field.

Therefore, I asked our scientists to review the alternative schedules of visits we and you had proposed. If Israel's purposes are to be clear beyond reasonable doubt, I believe that the schedule which would best serve our common purposes would be a visit early this summer, another visit in June 1964, and thereafter at intervals of six months. I am sure that such a schedule should not cause you any more difficulty than that which Mr. Ben-Gurion proposed in his May 27 letter. It would be essential, and I understand that Mr. Ben-Gurion's letter was in accord with this, that our scientist have access to all areas of the Dimona site and to any related part of the complex, such as fuel fabrication facilities or plutonium separation plant, and that sufficient time to be allotted for a thorough examination.

Knowing that you fully appreciate the truly vital significance of this matter to the future well-being of Israel, to the United States, and internationally, I am sure our carefully considered request will have your most sympathetic attention.

This is a true story that Officer "Fritz" of the Dallas Police department declined interest in and where Jim Garrison was headed. Deputy Constable Seymore Weitzman found the rifle in the School Book Depository between some boxes. He stated it was a German Mauser and 7.6 caliber. Looking on the rifle, in plain sight the tag said Italy 6.5 caliber. Was this a slip of the tounge of a pre prepared weapon that was to be found and someone got the details wrong or was there possibily 2 different guns found...which meant two shooters at the Depository? President Johnson instructed the FBI to gather information on all persons who were studying the assassination. He wanted to be sure that the official cover-up Warren story was the only accepted story.

How could such a blunder have happened with the description of the rifle? Notice the last name. If anyone knows the racial ID of Weitzman, please let me know. Sounds like another Jew ( I may be wrong on this) who happened to find the weapon that pointed to the lone assassin theory. That could be the reason he initially identified it as a German rifle. PIN THE TAIL ON A NAZI!
This of course is just speculation on my part about the name...but if this individual does turn out to be Jewish... that found the gun...It will be another strange coincidence.
Even if he's not Jewish, claiming that the gun was German made and of a certain caliber...when the Rifle was clearly marked as Italian and of another caliber...is already strange...especially for an officer of the law!!!
