The events of the last few years leads us the unescapable fact that
the many prophetic developments in science, economics, politics, and religion
that have occurred in our lifetime. There is today a mad rush toward a
New World Order. Why is this revision of Nimrod's Babel concept of government
a sign of the nearness of Christ's return? Because we read in Revelation
13 that at some point in time there will be a One World Government, headed
by a world dictator, who will control all politics, economics, and religions
on earth. And the power who will bring him forward, is the same power that
cause the original 13th Amendment to get lost in the shuffle. (We believe
that this conclusion is supported by Daniel 2,7,9; Matthew 24; Luke 21;
2 Thessalonians s; and Revelation 17 & 18)
This is an absolute international government authority in our future?
Due to the increase in travel and communications, all the world is at our
doorstep; whether we like it or not, world political process molders see
a World Government as the only answer to gain total control of all the
wealth of the world.
World War I, in which nations on all five continents were involved,
was to prepare the world for a One World Government. Thus, the League of
Nations was given birth, but it died and untimely death because some, mainly
the United States, was not ready to surrender even limited national sovereignty
to a world governmental body.
World War II was, louder and more frantic than the first because a new
weapon of destruction was in evidence that could destroy entire nations
in hours. Thus, in 1945 at the world was convinced to accept the United
Nations which was actually formed in 1941 just a few days after the United
States entered the war. So the world had a New International Governmental
Institution, called the United Nations, which the world was told the avowed
purpose was to finally bring peace on earth by inducing nations to beat
their swords into plowshares.
However, the U.N. did not recognize the Creator who divided the nations
and set the bounds of their habitations. (Acts 17:26) Nor did the U.N.
acknowledge God's Prince of peace who would come and rule all nations with
a rod of iron. Man could do it all by himself, no help was needed or wanted.
In the succeeding fifty years, there has been the cold war, revolutions,
rebellions, civil wars, and so-called peacekeeping wars like Angola, Somalia,
Korea, Vietnam, the Congo, Middle East wars, Bosnia, and dozens of others.
Yet, in spite of all these evidences that man is inherently an aggressor
and cannot live at peace with his fellow man, behind the scenes men dedicated
to the imposition of One World Government.
They are seeking to disarm the people of the United States because they
know America is the only threat to their plans to subjugate the entire
world under their iron foot. For example, we refer you to a document issued
by the United States Department of State, dated September 1961, 25 years
ago. It is Department of State publication 7277, Disarmament Series 5,
Bureau of Public Affairs. In 1961 a copy could be obtained form the superintendent
of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, D.C., price
15 cents. It was bolstered and up help with Public Law 87-197, H.R. 9118
and also dated September 21, 1961.
According to these documents, it was the plan and purpose of the Kennedy
Administration to completely disarm the U.S. and surrender all military
facilities to the United Nations. The title of this document, 19 pages
in length, is Freedom From War, the United States Program for General and
Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World.
In the introduction on page one, the document states that the United
States introduced at the sixteenth General Assembly of the United Nations
"a Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World."
This plan constituted three stages in effecting the destruction of all
weapons of war except those maintained by a United Nations army:
1). Immediate Disarmament Action;
2). Effective International Controls;
3). Adequate Peacekeeping machinery established.
Under the third and final stage we read: "This can only be achieved
through the progressive strengthening of international institutions under
the United Nations and by creating a United Nations Peace Force to enforce
the peace as the disarmament process proceeds."
On page three, in regards to attaining "freedom from war," we read:
"The disbanding of all national armed forces and the prohibition of their
reestablishment in any form whatsoever other than those required to preserve
internal order and for contributions to a United Nations Peace Force; the
elimination from national arsenals of all armaments, including all weapons
of mass destruction and the means of their delivery, other than those required
for a United Nations Peace Force for maintaining internal order."
Thus, the goal of the United States government in 1961 was to completely
disarm all nations, and give the weapons of mass destruction only to U.N.
armies stationed within individual nations.
On page five, the disarmament process concerning nuclear weapons is
addressed, proposing that presently held national weapons with delivery
systems be destroyed, and preventing the making of such weapons and delivery
systems by new nations.
Evidently, only the United Nations Peace Army is to have weapons of
mass destruction. The first stage also calls for the Reduction of the armed
forces of the United States and the Soviet Union to 2.1 million men each
(page 7).
According to the 1995 World Almanac, as of September 30, 1993, the number
of men and women in the United States armed services had been reduced to
1.7 million, and in Russia to 2.7 million. In the past two years, with
the continuing reduction of armed forces of both nations, these numbers
have been reduced further. And we read further on page seven that as Russian
and United States Armed Forces are reduced, "U.N. peacekeeping power would
be strengthened...the establishment in State II of a permanent U.N. Peace
Force."
On pages eight and nine of this outline presented by the United States
government in 1961 for the elimination of the United States army, navy,
and air force, and the creation of a U.N. army to enforce world government,
we read: "Further substantial reductions in the armed forces, armament,
and military establishments of states... Establishment of a permanent international
peace force within the United Nations...The dismantling or the conversion
to peaceful uses of certain military bases and facilities wherever located..."
Now does it not seem strange that in spite of all the regional wars,
the cold war, and international differences and political tensions, this
plan presented in 1961 by our own government has been followed to the letter?
The armed forces of both Russia and the United States have been reduced
already far below the number proposed for State II, and our naval ships
are being decommissioned, put in mothball inactivity, and our military
bases are being dismantled and turned into Political Prisoner detention
camps!
We come now to the third state, where we read on page nine and ten:
"States would retain only those forces, non-nuclear armaments, and establishments
required for the purpose of maintaining internal order; they would also
support and provide agreed manpower for a U.N. Peace Force. The U.N. Peace
Force equipped with agreed types and quantities of armaments would be fully
functioning. The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for
those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the U.N. Peace Force.
All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes.
The peacekeeping capabilities of the United Nations would be sufficiently
strong and the obligations of all states under such arrangements sufficiently
far-reaching as to assure peace and the just settlement of differences
in a disarmed world."
OF COURSE, NO NATION WOULD RETAIN ANY CAPABILITY TO OPPOSE ANY U.N.
ORDER OR DIRECTIVE. THIS WOULD CONSTITUTE THE FORMATION OF THE NEW WORLD
ORDER, AN INTERNATIONAL DICTATORSHIP.
Pages eleven through nineteen of this document outline the formation
of the U.N. world government and how it is to function. All national government
units will, of course, be subservient to the will of the central U.N. government.
In May 1994, Presidential Decision Directive #25 was issued by the President
of the United States. It is titled: The Clinton Administration's Policy
on Reforming Multilateral Peace Operations. This 15-page 8" x 11" document
outlines plans for the inclusion of U.S. armed forces in a unilateral U.N.
peace keeping army. It coincides in most points with the 1961 government
document, The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament
in a Peaceful World. The opening paragraph reads: "The President signed
this directive, following the completion of extensive consultations with
Member of Congress. This paper summarizes the key elements of that directive."
Please keep in mind that the largest part of Presidential Decision Directive
# 25 has been classified "Secret" because of so-called National Security
reasons. Which always means that it is something that the government does
not wish the American people to know, because they would not approve of
it.
it is not stated with whom the members of Congress the president consulted,
and only part of the directive is actually in the printed copy citizens
are able to obtain.
Item 3 states: "...the President will never relinquish command of U.S.
forces. However, as Commander-in-Chief, the President has the authority
to place U.S. forces under the operational control of a foreign commander
when it serves American security interests."
President Clinton states without qualification that as commander-in-chief,
he does not have the authority to place U.S. armed forces under United
Nations command. PDD #25 continues to affirm that in the future there will
be no soldiers or armies, there will only be "peacekeeping forces," "peacekeepers,"
and "peacekeeping operations."
This is in direct compliance to Article 9, sec. 4-6 of the Protocols
of the Learned Elders of Zion, which predicted the events that have transpired
all over the world in the last few years; Somalia, Grenada, Panama, Bosnia,
Iraq, and now Serbia; there are others to be sure, but they are far too
numerous to list here.4). The principal factor of success in the political
is the secrecy of its undertakings; the word should not agree with the
deeds of the diplomat.
"There is only one Power which really counts: The Power of Political
Pressure. We Jews are the most powerful people on Earth, because we have
this power, and we know how to apply it." (Jewish Daily Bulletin, July
27, 1935)
5). WE MUST COMPEL THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE GOYIM TO TAKE ACTION
IN THE DIRECTION FAVORED BY OUR WIDELY-CONCEIVED PLAN, ALREADY APPROACHING
THE DESIRED CONSUMMATION, BY WHAT WE SHALL REPRESENT AS PUBLIC OPINION,
SECRETLY PROMPTED BY US THROUGH THE MEANS OF THAT SO-CALLED "GREAT POWER"
THE PRESS, WHICH, WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS THAT MAY BE DISREGARDED, IS ALREADY
ENTIRELY IN OUR HANDS.
6). In a word, to sum up our system of keeping the governments
of the goyim in Europe in check, we shall show our strength to one of them
by terrorist attempts and to all, if we allow the possibility of a general
rising against us, WE SHALL RESPOND WITH THE GUNS OF AMERICA OR CHINA
OR JAPAN.
"The Jew continues to monopolize money, and he loosens or strangles
the throat of the state with the loosening or strengthening of his purse
strings...He has empowered himself with the engines of the press, which
he uses to batter at the foundations of society. He is at the bottom of...every
enterprise that will demolish first of all thrones, afterwards the altar,
afterwards civil law." (Hungarian composer Franz Liszt (1811-1886) in Die
Israeliten)
Item 4 proposes 11 steps in improving and strengthening the U.N. peace
force. Item 5 reads in part: "...the Department of Defense will take lead
management and funding responsibility for those U.N. operations that involve
U.S. combat units, and those that are likely to involve combat."
The president evidently foresees American soldiers fighting under United
Nations command. The scope and location of such combat zones are not limited
or qualified. Already U.S. forces were under U.N. command in the 50s during
the Korean War, again in Desert Storm in 1991-1992, in Somalia in 1993-1994
and then President Clinton volunteered to place a 25,000 so- called "peacekeeping
force" in Bosnia. "In some cases, the appropriate way to perform peace
operations will be to involve regional organizations. The U.S. will continue
to emphasize the U.N. as the primary international body with the authority
to conduct peacekeeping operations. At the same time, the U.S. will support
efforts to improve regional organizations' peacekeeping capabilities...With
respect to the question of peacekeeping in the territory of the former
Soviet Union, requests for 'traditional' U.N. blue-helmeted operations
will be considered on the same basis as the basis of other requests...U.S.
support for these operations will, as with other such requests, be conditioned
on adherence to the principles of the U.N. Charter." And now has ordered
the bombing of Serbia.
There is no definition of regional organizations within the context
of PDD #25. Gorbachev, speaking before the Council on Foreign Relations,
proposed that the world be divided into ten regions, and that he be made
a regional governor.
If this is the type of regions covered in PDD #25, then the regional
forces would be divisions of the U.N. Division IV on pages 7-9 relate to
the strengthening U.N. authority at the regional, state, city, and community
levels. These proposals include: "Small Public Affairs Cell dedicated to
supporting on-going peace operations and disseminating information within
host countries in order to reduce the risks to U.N. personnel and increase
the potential for mission success.
Small Civilian Police Cell to manage police missions, plan for the establishment
of police and judicial institutions, and develop standard procedures, doctrine,
and training.
Training Civilian Reserve Corps to serve as a ready external talent pool
to assist in the administration, management, and execution of U.N. peace
operations.
Modest airlift capability available through pre-negotiated contracts with
commercial firms or member states to support urgent deployments.
Finally, the U.N. should establish a professional Peace Operations Training
Program for commanders and other military and civilian personnel."
We have quoted a few of the references to local political and logistical
U.N. support groups, and we note that no definitions as to what a "small
Civilian Police Cell" or "modest airlift capability" would be. Evidently
some conservatives must have collaborated with the president and State
Department on PDD #25 as some statements mention that the president's authority
as commander-in-chief must remain inviolate, while other sections, like
the one on page nine, stress that the president does and will have the
authority to place U.S. forces under "competent U.N. commanders" as authorized,
not by Congress or the American people, but by the "Security Council of
the United Nations." On page eleven PDD #25 insists that the president
will keep congressional leaders informed about foreign policy and "U.N.
command and control arrangements when U.S. military units participate in
U.N. operations." Permission evidently will not be sought, but the president
will keep Congress informed.
As to how being placed under U.N. command and wearing U.N. peacekeeping
uniforms relates to the individual soldier, we quote form a Netcom news
item dated August 26, 1995: "U.S. Soldier Refuses U.N. Uniform - On Monday,
August 28, Spec. Michael New, a medic with the 3rd Infantry, currently
stationed in Germany, was ordered to report to the Judge Advocate General's
office, to be assigned a lawyer, who was to defend him against charges
which could lead to his being dishonorably discharged and/or sentenced
to prison. Spec. Michael New's only crime is that he had advised his superiors
that he would not violate his oath (to defend the Constitution of the United
States of America) by wearing the uniform (blue beret, blue helmet, or
U.N. arm-band) of a foreign army. Spec. Michael New's unit had been ordered
to deploy to Yugoslavia in the near future to serve as U.N. 'Peace Keepers.'
Speck. Michael New said, 'I took an oath to the Constitution of the United
States of America. I can't find the United Nations in there anywhere. it
is not clear to me why I have to change my uniform in order to represent
my country.' The army says that Spec. Michael New and, indeed the whole
army, is not there to represent the United States of America, rather, to
represent the United Nations. Spec. Michael New wants to know by what authority
can they transfer his loyalty without his permission?"
This year U.S. citizens were informed that the Internal Revenue Service
would begin collecting additional information to store in computer banks.
Revised IRS form #8822 of May 1995 states: "We ask for this information
to carry out the Internal Revenue laws of the United States. We may give
this information to the Department of Justice and to other federal agencies,
as provided by law. We may also give it to cities, states, the commonwealths,
or possessions to carry out their tax laws. And we may give it to foreign
governments because of tax treaties they have with the United States."
Gradually, U.S. citizens are discovering that nothing anymore is private
or sacred. We are all rapidly becoming citizens of world government. Texans
are discovering that the NAFTA treaty permits unsafe truck traffic from
Mexico, with untrained drivers, to clog Texas highways. NAFTA, GATT, and
WTO have further worsened our U.S. balance and trade problems. According
to the September 21, 1995, edition of the Wall Street Journal, the U.S.
foreign trade gap has worsened to $12 billion a month so instead of an
annual $60 billion deficit, it may grow to a $150 billion deficit. Recently,
upon visiting a new, super one-half-million square foot home and garden
store that opened within one-half mile of his office a man found that in
the thousands of items for sale in that store, it was difficult to find
one made in the United States. Most of these items for home and farm consumption
are now made by slave or child labor, making it impossible for American
industry to compete. Welcome to the New World Order!
In Genesis 11:25 we are told that in the days of Peleg the earth was
divided into continents and islands, and the people began to cry that they
would be scattered abroad. So they built the Tower of Babel as an escape
that they might remain as one language, one government. Likewise today,
there is a shaking of our national foundations, and we hear the cry that
the New World Order is our only hope for survival. But as one read Matthew
24:6: "...all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet."
But, how close is the end; how close is the day when a world government
headed by one dictator will have power over all kindreds, and tongues,
and nations, and all the unsaved world worship him as a god? (Revelation
13:7-8) Many scoff and disagree, but we believe this age is rapidly winding
down. The Apostle Peter said of the last days that scoffers would arise
saying, "Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell
asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation."
(2 Peter 3:4) But the apostle continued, "The Lord is not slack concerning
his promise...but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should
perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord
will come as a thief in the night..."
Again, we might ponder the question that we see today in the promotion
and formation of the New World Order in relation to what was planned thirty-five
years ago; is it just a coincidence? Is there really a conspiratorial power
clique guiding world affairs to reach a common end? Or is it the prince
of the unsaved secular world, Satan, moving his pawns to establish his
own kingdom, over the kingdoms (nations) of this world? (2 Thessalonians
2:3-4) Even in light of all the evidence that Jesus Christ could return
at any time, as Christians in these times our mission is clear. We must
be Watchmen, and warn our brothers and sisters of the danger facing them
in the near future.
