Welfare, by its very nature, is fraud.

It enables government to commit fraud for which ordinary citizens committing the same fraud would be imprisoned, by that same government.

Welfare fraud starts at the moment, in this land of free enterprise, the recipient certifies "I am unable to find a job".

Government becomes an accomplice to fraud by accepting a clearly fraudulent statement at face value.

The fraud is "legitimized" when government agrees to take money from working taxpayers whose net worth is already a negative $77,000 each and hand it over gratis to nonworking nontaxpayers.

Once this act of fraud is perfected, the sequence of frauds which follows is easy.

The victims of this fraud are children, who are unable to defend themselves against the stigma of welfare, whose rate of poverty increased as steadily as the magnitude of the fraud increased, and whose fathers were removed from their lives by the millions, and whose fathers were criminalized in the process.

The fraud cannot be committed without first removing responsibility for children from their fathers, which is accomplished by allowing mothers to file for welfare while at the same time refusing to notify fathers of that fact.

The fraud enters a dimension of hysteria when the father is held responsible [read: criminalized] for repaying money which was subtracted from his tax payments in the first place, which he was unaware of, which he would not have agreed to if he had been aware of, which he would never agree "supported" his children, which was used to deny him simple access to his very own natural children, which he received no benefits from, and which the REAL beneficiary (the mother) is never required to repay.

The ultimate betrayal of any feminist concept of "equality" is the failure to require the MOTHER rather than the father to repay money from which only she received the benefits.
